I really wanted to use Underground Printing for my small business (personal training) but was not…read moreleft with a great impression. I called a couple of weeks ago to set up and appointment to come in and look at apparel for screen printing. The person on the phone was very nice and seemed eager to help me. We set up an appointment on Wednesday 5/18/22 for me to come in at 11:30a. I received an email saying that he was excited to meet me and sent me a link to look at before hand. I showed up a few minutes early and was greeted by staff. I told them I was looking for Jay and had a meeting with him. They said that I could take a business card and that he had not been in all day and was not sure where he was. The staff was very friendly and was clearly embarrassed by the lack of communication on the business' end. I told him I would wait about 10 minutes and see if Jay showed up. I was super excited to look at options and even took off of work to come in. After 10 minutes, I was extremely frustrated. I looked at our email communication and sent an "I am here for our appointment" message. No response at all. I even called the number listed on the email address to see if I could get ahold of him. The number listed was the store number that I was already standing in. The sales person apologized and was very sincere. I walked around for awhile looking at apparel in the store but was very upset with being stood up for our meeting. It has been over a week and still no response. I was really hoping to use this location to screen print as I have heard great things from friends and family. I find it incredible unprofessional that no one has even reached out to apologize, let alone acknowledge that they missed our agreed time to meet.

I've worked with Alphagraphics professionally, on new business cards after the company that I work…read morefor went through re-branding, and personally, when I needed to update my portfolio on short notice. I was very happy with both experiences working with Liz. She was so helpful explaining the cardstock and printing options for our business cards and hard hat stickers and offering samples of materials and print previews. For my portfolio, I waited way too long and was so worried I wouldn't be able to have something printed in time. It's over 20 pages with full color and full bleed, spiral bound. I contacted them only a day and a few hours before I needed it. At first there was a communication error and when I called the day I needed it (1.5 hours before close) to ask when it would be done, they said "tomorrow." When I explained that I needed it tonight (hopping on a 5am flight), the person on staff told me they would do it, and they did! It was not cheap, but I was asking for a lot, and it looked great. I'm really happy with the service and the quality of the products I've ordered.

I had an excellent review based on the service. Then, after 3 visits with small jobs I guess I annoyed someone, everyone but especially the lady owner to the extent 1 copy was $2.00. All in all, I'd rather someone be direct with me than passive aggressive especially for something as simple as a photocopy via a machine copier. It's not like we're 17th century copy editors or 18th century printers with a rolling press machine. And, yep I lived steps away taking sorority and social club print work there including a scholarship redacting job that cost about $72+ Anywhoo, Idk what's up with Yelp removing reviews but I'm starting to think I should screen shot things so it's memorialized.

This place is horrible. I had a large print job set up for my publication. The front of the…read morebusiness looked nice and homey, like a normal office. But once they walked me in back to see the production of my prints I felt like I had entered a sweat shop. People were soaked in sweat, there were machines everywhere, there were no clear-cut paths. I felt like something was going to fall on me and kill me at any second. All non-white people (to say it nicely) were working on an assembly line, while (surprise to surprise) everyone in the nice business suits that walked through the plant that walked upstairs to the nice air-conditioned offices was white. Not only was I disgusted by this but by the quality of my prints as well. The colors were completely off, there was way too much blue in all of my prints. I could tell they knew it was screwed up as well, but pretended to see no issues. Be smart and stay away from this horrible company. Corporate slavery is alive and well in Sun Prairie, WI.
