We needed an old, 'critter-inhabited' shed torn down and removed, and they made the entire process incredibly easy. Their website was simple to navigate, and scheduling a quote was easy. They communicated beforehand, arrived exactly on time, and gave a very reasonable price. Not only did they handle the demolition, but they also loaded everything up and cleaned the area completely before leaving. They were even able to start right away, which was a huge help. Bonus was that they moved everything from the shed into our garage. I'm so glad I found their reviews and hired them--professional, efficient, and friendly service. I have already let people know about them

They moved some things for us again last week. Jake and Ty did an EXCELLENT job and were extremely careful. They treated our things like they would treat their own things and did it all with a smile. We appreciate that this is at least the third time Jake has helped move things for us and that LaRae is always willing and more than capable of helping to arrange the moves! Dealing with the same people over the years makes things go smoother and shows the quality of the business! Thank you!!!

The exterior of some packing boxes was broken. Cannot believe it. 5. Will I find more broken items? The agent was amazing but local movers in Madison aren't that professional. Due to COVID-19, I did not watch them closely. Turned out They did not wrap my executive desk as they did to the sofa. Instead they took out drawers. On the delivery day, drawer track/slide were broken and could not be placed back. I had to pay to have a craftsman to fix it next week, $100 per hour ( update: drawers slides were broken and cannot be repaired. New slides must be replaced.) I was unpacking and just found out one of the two mirrors was broken. Oh my gosh. Unsure if it was broken on the way or on the delivery day when the driver did all the unloading ( his local helper did not show up) From my interaction with the agent, i felt great, thinking this moving would be the best. However, it turned out to be The worst moving experience among the 3-4 moving in the past several years. Plus I have gave a large amount of tip to all the movers. The insurance package I selected: I pay $80； $1000 deductible. Lesson learned: will never buy any insurance. Or buy the most expensive insurance and little tipping of movers. It's getting worse. While unpacking today on 8/16, I found out the vacuum cleaner was broken.

I used this company to move in January of 2022 when I bought a house and there were no issues so…read morewhen I sold the house I called them again. They sent 2 guys over on 7/13/2023 to help us move to a place we're renting while our new house is being built and man has this company gone downhill!! They broke feet off 2 dressers, completely destroyed my daughter's dresser, and dented and gouged several other pieces of furniture. That's not even the worst part! The next day while my daughter and I were unloading some stuff from my car one of them showed up at our new place. Weird, right? He said that when he went to try to get paid the night before at the shop where the business is located the other 4 guys who had been at my new place unloading the truck were smoking crack cocaine. He went on to say that the guy who was with him at my house all day had smoked crack in the back of the truck with my furniture and that same guy had made comments about stealing our belongings, like, "oh, Tommy likes NASCAR, I should just take this". (Tommy is the owner of this company). This employee also said that the reason the 2 guys who showed up in the morning didn't have help until they arrived at our new place to unload the truck is because the other 3 were at the shop smoking crack and that one of the guys mentioned that he thought he left a crack pipe in my garage or basement! Are you kidding me!? (If I find it I'm calling the cops!!!) When I told the employee that I had used this company before without any issues he asked when. I told him January of 2022. He said that the company was fine then, that there were 2 other owners then, Shaw and another guy but they split when Tommy started stealing money from the business to buy drugs. What is going on at this place??? On Saturday, 7/15/2023, my husband saw an email from them asking for a review so I typed in a summary similar to this one. Several hours later I got a text from Tommy, the owner, saying, "Good evening. Ive been told you had a visit yesterday from josh. I had to let him go due to a number of different reasons please take anything he might of told you with a grain of salt , he is upset & out of control, He has been telling ppl lies and right now im trying to resolve the issue.Iv seen the review you left me it makes me furious! thats not the image I want for my company, Im willing to pay for any damages, please lmk thanks Thomas". We went back and forth regarding payment for damages because he didn't want to make an insurance claim. His offer was $250 and to move us for free next time, like I'd ever use them again, NO WAY!!! With all the damage they'd done and the insane visit from his employee in front of my daughter, my suggestion was for him to just credit us back for this move and we could part ways. After that, he quit responding. I have since contacted my attorney. Lesson: Don't use this company!!! Terrible experience and if they break your stuff they won't pay to fix/replace it because they are too worried about making an insurance claim (or maybe buying drugs‍)

When I talked with the manager and i asked her to give me detail report of the invoice, she provided me with a different answer every time and she was unable to give me specific and clear information on how she was charging me. Also I realized that every year they were counting the total number of windows differently so every time i was charged differently for the same job. Very unhappy with this cleaning company and the customer service. I would recommend people who use this company to make sure they are question the way they are charged.
