These people were fast, professional and, as far as I can tell, reasonably priced. Would I use them again if needed? Absolutely!

Customer service said the truck could come and take the junk but when the owner contacted me the next day, he said he had no working trucks. lol read more

Booking an appointment was easy but I was skeptical about being quoted/overcharged on site. The two gentlemen arrived in their appointment time range with a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. They were quick, courteous, and I paid less than I thought it would be. Highly recommended if you need your junk gone. read more

The Junk King team was very efficient, professional, and courteous for our recent job.

When you have a fairly straightforward request, like removing a light couch, you hope for a reasonable price, good communication, on time arrival, and friendly service. These guys communicated well, were friendly, arrived early, and got the job done quickly. The only annoying aspect was that they quoted me $100 through Yelp and when they arrived they said it would be $129. This is a result of either bad internal communication at their company or it's the typical "let's see if we can get away with charging this guy more." Once I told them the difference they agreed to do it for $100 without pushback, but still slightly annoying. read more

On 4/26/23, I set up an appointment for 5/5/23 for service in Cross Plains. Received an email confirmation almost immediately. Today (5/1/23), get a call that we are not in their service area. We used them in the past at the same address and told them that. They said they could not find it in their records. Also, their website specifically lists Cross Plains. read more

I used them to remove an old sleeper sofa that we couldn't leave at the curb, and were not having success via Craigslist. The Junk King booking process was remarkably easy and was accomplished via text which included a price quoted before confirming the appointment. To their credit, they did not need a long lead time, and the appointment was scheduled for the upcoming Saturday morning. The crew called while en-route to let me know they were on their way, and they arrived right on time. They briefed me about what they would do, and were very patient and accommodating as we worked through a discrepancy between the fee they expected to collect and what was quoted via text at time of booking. They offered no objections or challenges, simply asked for verification of the fee quoted via text and then they set off to work. They had the old sofa out in less than 10 minutes, and would have been off to their next appointment right away had it not been for a hiccup with the credit card reader. About 10 minutes of fussing with it and the machine finally processed the charge. With all the effort to get the fee processed, I was worried about a duplicate charge, but that did not happen; I was billed once, and billed correctly. Thanks for the great service - we will use again the next time the need arises! read more

Junk King emptied out a garage for me. A few mattresses, some building materials, and some distressed furniture. They were readily available and even with the coronavirus impacts, they made sure they came out to help us out. Eric was quick, courteous, and reasonable. Job well done. read more

Great service. The only reason that I don't give 5 stars is that the staffs arrive about 45 minutes later than scheduled. We weren't planning to go anywhere that day, so worked with us, but would have been nice if they give us a head's up. But overall, we were happy with the service provided. read more

I had a large pile of dirt to be removed from my driveway. I measured it, sent them a photograph and told them how much dirt there was to be removed (10 - 12 cu yds). They bid on the project. When they arrived they said it was more than they expected (it was EXACTLY as described) and told me the price would be 2 1/2 times what they bid. I bid them farewell. read more

After scheduling my appointment online I received a call within 30 minutes confirming my appointment and answering a few questions so they could be sure to provide the precise service necessary. The next day they called a half an hour before arriving. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. The whole experience was seamless and took no time at all. I can't say enough great things about this company and highly recommend them. read more

Shelton and Michael were the absolute best to work with. They were on-time, efficient, friendly, polite, took covid precautions, and were very transparent about their pricing. If you need to haul a load big or small and need it done quickly Junk King Madison is the best in town. If you are lucky enough to get Shelton and Michael it's doubly worth the money! read more

Fantastic service! Prompt availability! Great guys! Highly recommended, and look forward to my next project with them!

Friendly, efficient and responded promptly to removing concrete debris for us.

Service was great. Setting up the time with customer service was really easy and friendly. They arrived on time, calling before hand to confirm. The pricing model was very clear and structured. They came in and looked at the items I wanted removed and then gave me an estimate which was very close to the end price. Every one was really courteous and friendly. All in all, fast, nice and easy to use. Would recommend. read more
