Monday was more bad news, could not finish the work having trouble with his truck, so asked to have my address so he could send me my money back and apologized once again for things not working out. My gut feeling - I was just taken - popped. I asked for the cash to be returned Monday and if I did not get the cash back I would go to the website and report the situation. He once again told me I needed to understand something, if I put any negative remarks I can't retract that - he just wanted me to be aware of that, I had his word I would get my money back and said don't rush to do something that can't be retracted. He also said please don't stress over this, he's a firm believer in karma and not paying me back go's against all that he believes in. He would have my money to me the following Friday. Never heard from the guy. Scam artist who drove off with my money.

There is a one-time activation fee that I believe is $25 and it includes a lock (if you need it) that has keys. Otherwise you can use a combo lock as well. When signing up you either need a insurance or pay for their plan which is an additional $9/month. The location is very easy to find and Gerry was super nice getting everything set up and explaining all the processes. He was able to put some bottom pieces to lift up my storage (since in cardboard boxes) since the floor gets cold. Gerry clearly walked through how to open and close the locker. They mentioned that they do daily checks on the units for security and will call you if something happens. There are also cameras dispersed. Overall, it was super pleasant and efficient experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a space for storage!

The recycling process is easy: - head into the office - they'll open the garage door for you to drive in to unload your goods - place the item(s) on the scale - pay per pound for what you're getting rid of (if it's not one of the many, many free items) TVs are 35 cents per pound; the total came out to $14. It was a bit more than recycling through the city ($10 flat fee) but significantly cheaper than Best Buy ($25 flat fee). Also, the woman who helped us said they recycle in the US - the items are not getting shipped off as trash and pollutants to other countries. There's no appointment necessary for drop-offs, and they also offer a pickup service. In the office they have several refurbished computer monitors and laptops for sale at a deep discount compared to retail; if you're in the market for these items it's probably not a bad idea to check them out if you're flexible in what you need. Super nice people and you can dispose of your things in a way that is as environmentally friendly as possible.

They were fast, efficient, and wonderful to work with. I used Wisconsin MOOvers for a recent move and they were the best. I added another stop last minute, I had a refrigerator on a deck that needed to be hoisted over the railing, and the doors on my house are narrow and nothing fazed them. They just made it all work with courtesy and professionalism. I hope I don't move again anytime soon, but if I do, I'm using Wisconsin MOOvers. read more

I used these guys twice before and they were GREAT. I will NEVER use them again. New owner and he is unreliable and unprofessional. My daughter contracted with them to move her on 6-18-2023 and they left her high and dry and did not answer phones or texts. Some bs about paying 1/2 of cost first. That was not in contract. Never again will I use incompetent company. Zero stars. read more

When I sent a message saying they left things unfinished I received a message back which was snarky. Moving day was fine. However my bedroom dressers ended being extremely nicked up with a rather large gouge on one of them. Once again it was do to inexperienced movers There was absolutely no contact or follow up from the company as to see how the move went. Just to put in perspective: it takes no more than 2 hours to get to Milwaukee from where I am. The number of items in question is no more than 2 hours - 1 hour to load, 1 hour to unload. So where's the other 3 hours coming into play? Not sure - their quote isn't itemized. But I didn't select them.

They also took a detour to help us move my mom out of the assisted living facility before going back to work on the house.
