They carried dozens of heavy totes up from our downstairs and carefully packed dishware we were donating. They also took a detour to help us move my mom out of the assisted living facility before going back to work on the house. After telling them I would be going with another company I get a text message and reassured I would be contacted later that night, which never happened.
