They carried dozens of heavy totes up from our downstairs and carefully packed dishware we were donating. They also took a detour to help us move my mom out of the assisted living facility before going back to work on the house. Thaddeus assured me that this was covered by insurance, however, despite claims that a check was coming, after a whole month later, I still have not received this "check". They care about your stuff and ensure that it gets to the destination without any damage. We worked with a previous moving company a few years back and it was an absolute nightmare start to finish. You get what you pay for 100% so always remember that. Though they may be a little higher than other quotes you may get- it's 100% worth it in the end to ensure that all of your stuff is intact and in good condition when it arrives.
