While this was not what was initially agreed upon, I still had faith in their service and made sure to tip all 6 movers. After the move to our new house, I noticed damages to our freezer and reached out to Thaddeus at Move Buster. Thaddeus assured me that this was covered by insurance, however, despite claims that a check was coming, after a whole month later, I still have not received this "check". I've tried calling and emailing Move Busters, unfortunately they have not responded. Tip: Make sure you check your furniture, appliances, moving items before the moving crew leaves!

They sent 2 guys over on 7/13/2023 to help us move to a place we're renting while our new house is being built and man has this company gone downhill!! They broke feet off 2 dressers, completely destroyed my daughter's dresser, and dented and gouged several other pieces of furniture. That's not even the worst part! The next day while my daughter and I were unloading some stuff from my car one of them showed up at our new place. Weird, right? He said that when he went to try to get paid the night before at the shop where the business is located the other 4 guys who had been at my new place unloading the truck were smoking crack cocaine. He went on to say that the guy who was with him at my house all day had smoked crack in the back of the truck with my furniture and that same guy had made comments about stealing our belongings, like, "oh, Tommy likes NASCAR, I should just take this". (Tommy is the owner of this company). This employee also said that the reason the 2 guys who showed up in the morning didn't have help until they arrived at our new place to unload the truck is because the other 3 were at the shop smoking crack and that one of the guys mentioned that he thought he left a crack pipe in my garage or basement! Are you kidding me!? (If I find it I'm calling the cops!!!) When I told the employee that I had used this company before without any issues he asked when. I told him January of 2022. He said that the company was fine then, that there were 2 other owners then, Shaw and another guy but they split when Tommy started stealing money from the business to buy drugs. What is going on at this place??? On Saturday, 7/15/2023, my husband saw an email from them asking for a review so I typed in a summary similar to this one. Several hours later I got a text from Tommy, the owner, saying, "Good evening. Ive been told you had a visit yesterday from josh. I had to let him go due to a number of different reasons please take anything he might of told you with a grain of salt , he is upset & out of control, He has been telling ppl lies and right now im trying to resolve the issue.Iv seen the review you left me it makes me furious! thats not the image I want for my company, Im willing to pay for any damages, please lmk thanks Thomas". We went back and forth regarding payment for damages because he didn't want to make an insurance claim. His offer was $250 and to move us for free next time, like I'd ever use them again, NO WAY!!! With all the damage they'd done and the insane visit from his employee in front of my daughter, my suggestion was for him to just credit us back for this move and we could part ways. After that, he quit responding. I have since contacted my attorney. Lesson: Don't use this company!!! Terrible experience and if they break your stuff they won't pay to fix/replace it because they are too worried about making an insurance claim (or maybe buying drugs‍)

They work so fast but are always thorough and mindful of fragile or delicate product. They are very prompt, or will text or call if they are running a couple minutes behind schedule. Just to put in perspective: it takes no more than 2 hours to get to Milwaukee from where I am. The number of items in question is no more than 2 hours - 1 hour to load, 1 hour to unload. So where's the other 3 hours coming into play? Not sure - their quote isn't itemized. But I didn't select them.

Not only were we in need of help on a Sunday, but it was snowing (so that means freezing cold, wet and icy), Al was located an hour away, and we have a long flight of stairs in our new townhome. It says something about a company that provides exemplary service despite that many potential obstacles. On the day of the move, Al's team was running a little late due to the weather, which was fine. He called well ahead of time to let us know and kept us updated on his ETA. Once his team arrived, they got straight to it. My husband and I directed while the 3 of them unloaded, non-stop for 2 hours. They laid a plastic covering over our carpets and the walkways they would be traveling (to protect the flooring), they were very careful in their placement of boxes and larger items, they assisted in putting together our furniture, and they were friendly and a pleasure to engage with. I can't say enough nice things about these guys; would definitely recommend them.

The house had stains, cobwebs, and a more than a few subtle but present unpleasant odors. Justin and his colleague Tony showed up right on time and got to work. They carried dozens of heavy totes up from our downstairs and carefully packed dishware we were donating. They also took a detour to help us move my mom out of the assisted living facility before going back to work on the house. It was a full day of work but they kept it going steadily throughout the day and got an enormous amount of work done. Best of all, they were incredibly kind to both me and my elderly mother.
