The house had stains, cobwebs, and a more than a few subtle but present unpleasant odors. Justin and his colleague Tony showed up right on time and got to work. They carried dozens of heavy totes up from our downstairs and carefully packed dishware we were donating. They also took a detour to help us move my mom out of the assisted living facility before going back to work on the house.
