Reynolds never called to tell me my stuff was on the way. Unload was mayhem. In the end, the laundry list of missing items and damage totaled over $3,500. My expensive insurance policy was worthless and worse was the response from Reynolds, "we're really sorry" but at least they did call me back when I reported the theft. Inspecting everything, it looked like it spent 1,000 miles on a pogo stick. So I'm SOL and everybody walks away with my stuff and my money. I made a poor choice for a moving company.

I provided my payment info and was told a driver would be assigned by midweek. That never happened. By Thursday, after repeated calls and texts, I was completely ghosted--no updates, no driver, no communication. Because of this, I didn't have enough time to find another company, and my pregnant daughter was forced to drive the car herself, which we were trying to avoid.
