The only issue I had was the huge shipping boxes were not taken away. Now I am left to cut them down to fit in my recycling bin. But otherwise I was very satisfied with the job they did.

The house had stains, cobwebs, and a more than a few subtle but present unpleasant odors. Justin and his colleague Tony showed up right on time and got to work. They carried dozens of heavy totes up from our downstairs and carefully packed dishware we were donating. They also took a detour to help us move my mom out of the assisted living facility before going back to work on the house. It was a full day of work but they kept it going steadily throughout the day and got an enormous amount of work done. Best of all, they were incredibly kind to both me and my elderly mother.
