We were initially given a two‑hour arrival window, and Joe called about 10 minutes before arriving--just as promised--and was right on time. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to correctly identify the ants and explain their behavior, including why we tend to see them during rainy weather. He carefully checked multiple rooms to confirm what we were dealing with and was very honest about treatment expectations. I have been using Kwik Kill's Rodent and Insect Combo Treatment for at least a year, and it has been amazing so far. Their technicians have always been great. For a recent service call yesterday, Jacob was excellent! He communicated with me when he was 10-15 min away from the house, and when he arrived, he was respectful, professional, and efficient. He checked every station and made sure to communicate what he was seeing. I began using KK last year to deal with 11 wasp nests and was so impressed with the immediate response and followup, that I chose to continue this year's service. I recently had an ant problem to my pavers and during the routine service they took care of my ant problem and removed new wasp nests in the eaves of the house without charging me extra. Highly recommend!! My boyfriend and I moved from an apartment to a duplex with a basement. The sump pump runs daily which had me concerned that we would have bug issues (especially house centipedes... Yuck!) due to the damp/wet sump hole. We had them treat the entire place before we moved in and I am so happy! Not one bug or spider has been found alive. They are very knowledgeable and helpful with prompt service.
