This is an outstanding business and I would highly recommend them…read more I hired them several years ago to power wash my sister's huge house which was filthy on the outside. The team hand washed the whole house and worked so hard in 90 degree heat. They took a lot of pride in their work and did an outstanding job. The neighbors would walk by the house afterward and would not be able to put their hand on why it looked so good and when I told them it was because of the power wash that was done they wanted to know who did the work so they could make note of the company if they needed work done in the future. They have also done numerous gutter cleanings on my house and are reasonable priced, very professional, and do a very thorough job. The rep even made sure to get some of the dust from the shingles that had been in my gutter for a while scraped off so that it would not build up even further. I have never had a gutter company do that! I give this company my highest compliments. They are a pleasure to do business with.

Epic Fail by Action Professionals. We have done business with Action Pros for several years with…read moreall good service. Last November 2018, they sent a crew to clean our gutters. This crew damaged the gutters and facia beyond repair....holes, dents, gutters tore away from roof. Bad. Unprotected stairs caked in ice...very hazardous. We kept trying to work with them and Nothing was getting addressed so we posted a yelp complaint THEN the owner, Tom Flynn, called us in a panic saying he just got back from his winter home in Florida and a bad yelp post "will kill me". He sent his brother, Rob, who agreed that the gutters and facia were abnormally beat. His office manager. Libby, also came to see the damage and agreed it was excessive. She made a point of saying the two employees responsible for the damage have been fired. Thoroughly saying they did the damage and Action Pros will take care of me if I pull the negative Yelp post. Tom Flynn offered to replace the gutters and not the facia. We asked if he could guarantee the facia will look better than it does now. Mr. Flynn got mad and said he would no longer fix anything for us. He said we would never be happy and we were not worth the expense. Wow. This is beyond "not right". I guess we are headed for small claims court. Too bad. I have 35 years in with a reputable local company, so I do have a fair sense of what is right or wrong...Action Pros are wrong on this.

5 Stars - Outstanding Service!…read more Rob and Mike from BrightSight Window Cleaning came out today and did an amazing job pressure washing our house and garage, as well as cleaning the gutters. They were extremely professional from start to finish--showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly take pride in their work. What really stood out was their attention to detail. After they wrapped up, they took the time to walk me around the property, point out a few problem areas, and even offered helpful advice on how to address them. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond like that. Very pleased with the service and would absolutely recommend BrightSight to anyone looking for quality exterior cleaning.
