They refused to work with us and just wanted a contract signed with no clear plan for how future visits would be handled. I went to Google and found Jonathon and his company "Best Defense". Jonathon answered his phone directly. Gave me a day that he was available and an approximate arrival time. The day he was to arrive, he sent me a text to confirm he would be there in approximately 20 minutes. We walked the interior and exterior of property and he told me what to expect and how he could help me. Jonathon quoted me a price and never asked me to sign a contract. The best part, when I asked when he could come and start the work, Jonathon said he could perform the work that day. 30 days later....No mice, very few spiders (thank God), and minimal mosquito activity. I'm not sure you can ever eliminate every spider or mosquito but I no longer spend every morning cleaning spider webs off my deck, patio, and furniture. Jonathon said he would return in 30 days to spray and check mouse tracks. He sent me a text the week he was to return and asked what day worked best for me. So cool!!!! Since this merger, I have had nothing but trouble. They continuously notify me that my account is in arrears. When I speak to someone (after 5 minutes of pushing appropriate buttons on my phone), they say, oh yeah, I see your invoice is paid. We won't call you again. And yet, they do . . . again and again. I just received a call from someone to call regarding the invoice and when I called the number they gave me I got a message that that number is "no longer in service." I'm requesting my money back and will find a local family-run business! STay away from Batzner!
