My goodness! I can't believe no one has mentioned anything here about Sam. With that said, I will…read moregive her the recognition she deserves. Why? Because she is simply amazing and very knowledgeable. Sam is organized and keeps us in the loop with her routes every season. With her help, we've been able to keep our home and outside as bug free as possible. We are truly blessed to have her on our side. All in all, Sam is kind and always someone we are happy to see. We've worked with her for a few years now and it has been amazing. Very affordable and responsive via text or call. My suggestion to future customers, be as clear and concise on what you want to avoid miscommunication (as this is typical with any company you work with). Be kind because we are all human and not perfect. We haven't had a chance to work with anyone else from this company but if Sam is a representation of the others, they are on fire! Lastly, thanks 1st American pest control for being there for us.

Very poor explanation of services when purchasing. Paperwork is also very vague-could be itemized so customer can see exactly what large sum covers. When called, Company refers questions to the "portal" which contains the very same paperwork. We were told the inital visit would likely be two techs and expect them to be in and out of the house for half a day. 2. Initial treatment visit-tech told us he was unimpressed by the pest activity we were told we had. He spent approximately one hour outside only. Per service receipt, he sprayed for some ants, applied a bit of spray foam and dropped two mousetraps. 3. Same tech, during the "securing the premises" process, proceeded to stuff steel wool into GAS WATER HEATER and FURNACE VENTS as well as Sump Pump pipe. This was all discovered by Furnace Repair Tech who was subsequently contacted as the furnace was not operating following this visit. He promptly removed all blockages and furnace worked fine. Pretty sure the Gas company frowns on this practice. My advice: Call someone who knows what they are doing.

The folks that I have spoken to over the phone have been very kind and open to answering any questions you have without an issue. I say that because certain folks that I've encountered in the past have been quite rude when you don't exactly understand the process that goes into a particular service. I had questions surrounding the different types of bugs this helps with, the safety of my family after the application has been applied to my property and the length in which it holds until another application is required. I have quite a big yard and can honestly say - having them come was the best decision I made. Why? Because I hate mosquitos and ticks. Want to know a secret about mosquitos? They serve no purpose on this earth. Well, I lied - they actually serve as a part of the food supply for the bats which I love. However, if we were to rid them of this world the ecosystem would not be affected in any way. They are blood sucking bugs that are evil. There is my rant for the day. Having said that, I recommend Mosquito Joe!! DO IT NOW :)
