The only way we knew that they had stopped by to service our lawn was an emailed invoice. As I mentioned, they do not let you know that they are coming, so they could drop by any time and any day of the week. The person who comes does not knock on your door to let you know they are there or what they are doing (usually a high school kid with no experience). This company is overpriced and does not deliver on the communication that their website promises.

He went out of his way to understand what I wanted and made sure that he was meeting my goals as the work was being completed. He was careful not to damage our other trees, our house as well as our neighbor's property. Upon completion, he asked that I be there to inspect his work. I did so and asked him to take off a few more limbs. He did so willingly and suggested even more trimming. Dave does his communication and billing in person, on the phone, and by using other up-to-date technology. I like businesses that remain ahead of the curve in all aspects of their businesses. I try to do business with people like Dave who are sole proprietors rather than big multiple employee companies. I think I get better service. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.
