It's why, unlike others who gave us a proposal, he never offered a written proposal. He also offered an unusually wide difference between cash and a check. I can understand charging extra for credit, but a check?? I wasn't going to argue with him, but, as I told him, I wouldn't hire him again no matter what. I had some good photos to attach, but I had trouble uploading them. I think they are pretty persuasive, but you should have the idea anyway.
