XPO delivered and installed my Tonal (a strength training machine). Scheduling the installation was easy via their web portal, and I got an appointment relatively quickly (considering Covid) and a reasonable delivery window. My only complaint? The installer showed up about 1.5 hours after the end of the delivery window, and wasn't terribly communicative about his status. Once he arrived, he was quite professional, friendly and efficient. The machine was installed quickly, and to my satisfaction. Definitely quality work. I think he had too many jobs to complete within the allotted time, which is what caused the delay. Five stars for the delivery guys, 4 stars for the logistics. Delivery day was confirmed, but waited forever to see "in transit" message. Didn't see that until we called wondering if delivery was still happening. They said it might not happen today, but after calling the needle moved. But a between 12:30 and 4:30 delivery turned out to be a 6:30 delivery, which meant I really didn't have to take the day off from work. read more

It's been almost a month since our Amazon order was placed on 7/23 and delivery was a no show on 8/2, 8/13, and 8/15, all dates XPO provided. Today 8/17, XPO says that they dont have our item and once received delivery will be scheduled. After giving XPO multiple opportunities to rectify their errors in delivery or lack of delivery we canceled our order with Amazon. A little ambiguous, but was told they would text me updates as to when they would be here. However, after waiting for 3 hrs and 40 mins, I finally called the 800 number and was told that they would be here soon. While on phone with service, I got a call from delivery man that they were 10 minutes away! I wasted almost 4 hours waiting without any updates! I had a delivery scheduled for last week. After multiple text/email/phone confirmations, XPO cancelled 1 hour before the delivery window. The person who called me couldn't have cared less and offered me a delivery slot 3 weeks later. Fortunately, I got ahold of a manager (Jason), who got me a time slot for this week and the delivery guys who came today were very good. That said, their online tracking is lame - when the guys were 5 minutes from my apartment, the XPO tracking said that they were still at the warehouse, 45 minutes away. read more

I was very impressed with this first experience with XPO. They contacted me in every possible to let me know that I could get my package a day early. I wasn't available at my home to accept this (a tub) and worked with them to drop it off. The main office confirmed the arrangement with me. The driver called me when he was at the house and took a photo and sent it to me, immediately. My friend brought the tub inside. I texted the driver to thank him and asked if there was a follow-up customer service review. They contacted me and I left a great report for the service and the driver. Would leave zero stars if I could. Scheduled a pick up for a certain date. Confirmed this date via phone with a person and automated service. (FYI this is the company contracted with Costco). They said they would call 30 minutes before arriving. My mom waited all day and around 4pm I finally called XPO, they stated they did not end up making our route that day! No phone call, nothing! Had I not called they never would have called. (Had they called us by 9am to state they would not be making it to our house, I would understand due to communication, however that was not the case, complete disregard for peoples times) And when I tried to reschedule they offered me over a week later for pick up. Though it was completely their fault. I asked to speak supervisor however none were available and said one would call me back. And of course no one did, someone else did call me back just to reschedule a pick up over a week later. We then rescheduled for then, not at any point in time were we told to disconnect the unit, so they guy came and left because we did not disconnect the unit, shortly after a Chante called me to ask what happened, I explained the situation (she was very nice) and said she would try to work something out and would be calling me back in a few short hours. Never heard from her again. I tried calling him in the morning, stayed on hold for over 45 minutes, and then finally pushed the option for them to call me back, figuring they would call me back whenever, but when I left my number for them to call me back, they stated they would call me back when its my turn and I would not lose my place in line..how nice if this was said before!! so I had this option before. But again that's not the case. They never called back. This company is horrible I cannot believe Costco uses this company. Do Not Recommend at all! read more

This is the worst shipping company I've ever encountered. They have been holding my order hostage for almost 8 weeks and keep having me reschedule delivery and never fulfilling the delivery. I've rescheduled my delivery 15 times. Yes, 15 times! Every time you get on the phone with someone they have no idea what they're talking about, there are no supervisors or managers to escalate the issue so you're given the run around time after time. I even emailed their customer care management email and received no response. It's been two weeks since I reached out. I was finally supposed to get my order today, got a delivery window from 11am-3pm and received a call at 5pm telling me the item never made it on the delivery truck. Unbelievable. No explanation. And no solution for this complete inconvenience when I've been waiting at home all day. This is probably the most stressful situation I have EVER been in. March 1 9-12 am was my scheduled delivery from amazon (a 4 piece living room set) , and as I waited home I got an automated call from Xpo saying that the delivery truck left because they were waiting 15 minutes at my apartment and no one was home. I called back and said there was no truck at my apartment I have been home all days. Long story short they sent me a picture of my apartment that the delivery truck driver took showing he was there but it wasn't my apartment complex. So I called and they said they did their job correctly. I rescheduled for the Wednesday March 3 (the earliest option) and it arrived with MISSING LEGS! I was furious because they said they will submit a claim and send it in a few business days. I called amazon and amazon said that I'd have to order a brand new set and return the old one. I was on hold for a total of 2 and a half hours talked to 4 different ppl and ultimately ruined my week. Never ever going to order something if they're the shippers. Beware. Sketchy company read more
