I would strongly caution anyone against using RXO as a shipping company. This is now the SECOND time RXO has "lost" my shipment. I ordered a swing set through Amazon over six weeks ago. The original delivery date was May 14. After countless delays and excuses, a replacement was shipped and was supposed to arrive on June 4. Yet here I am, still without my order. What makes this even more frustrating is that the tracking information clearly shows the shipment arrived in Edison, NJ. However, every time I contact RXO, I'm told they don't have it and that it hasn't arrived. How can a package show up in your tracking system but somehow not exist in your warehouse? Customer service has been completely ineffective. Every call follows the same script: they take down your phone number, promise a callback, and claim they will perform a "dock search." Weeks later, no callback, no dock search, no answers, and no accountability. I've spent two weeks being told the same thing over and over with absolutely no resolution. At this point, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and inability to locate shipments is unacceptable. A company entrusted with large deliveries should have basic systems in place to track and locate customer orders. Amazon should seriously reconsider using RXO as a delivery partner. Customers should not have to wait months for items, especially when the tracking information appears to contradict what RXO representatives are telling them. ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I have a full kitchen appliances delivery scheduled last week. I was suppose to have a LICENSED INSTALLER come and install my new stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher from samsung. The window of deliver was 10am- 2pm. They arrived exactly at 2pm. The installer couldnt install ANY appliance and didnt care to. My service also has haul away old appliances that i paid extra to samsung. The installer told me the issues needed to be resolved and told me to reschedule. I was confused with the issues as i had a recent kitchen remodel 2 years ago. He was frustrated, left my house and proceeded to YELL in-front of my house to his partner. He was sooooo unprofessional. Perhaps i should post the video of him throwing a tantrum in front of my house. He then hauled away my New appliances and told me to deal with a 908 number for reschedule. I SPENT THE REST OF THE DAY on the phone with RXO customer service and samsung. The delivery driver marked my delivery as DELIVERED. RXO seems to outsource their calls to another country. Their representatives were dismissive and a few of them kept hanging up the phone on me. NO ONE wanted to resolve my redelivery. One representative literally said too bad . Another one told me that i'm lying and my appliances are at my house. These phone calls are allegedly recorded. Is this the quality and control that RXO holds on to their reps? I was told that my delivery will be scheduled for the 19th. Again, I have no email reconfirming my delivery. I called again today . This time they say that it's just installation. WHERE THE HELL ARE MY APPLIANCES? I called again and was put on hold for another hour just to be hung up on . I've never dealt with the company with this much lack of care for customer service. I'm gonna have to report them to the BBB and sue RXO for holding my appliances and none of their employees wanna work to resolve my issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG DIRECTLY. Go to best buy or home depot. Any other company who does not use RXO! Also, the guy took down my microwave and never even put it back up, so I can't even use my microwave for the past week. This seems to be a trending theme for the Edison, NJ location. Check their google reviews. Samsung, pick a new deliver courier. RXO is not it Their reps keep hanging up the phone. Update to my review. People finally showed up and made a damn excuse claiming they could not get it into the house as my husband knew they would they looked lazy as hell anyway. Now my husband trying to push this couch inside by himself. WHAT A DISGRACE OF EMPLOYEES!!! If i could give this place 0 stars i would! This place is a joke, they make you take off a full days of work to give you the run around of a 12 hour delivery window. Call mid afternoon to say driver is running behind but still no accurate timeline. On the phone with customer service now claiming driver still has 2 more stops then my delivery and wont be here until 8:30 or so which is well past the delivery window of 8-8 this is unacceptable. I will be contacting amazon and the BBB cause this is crazy to make people wait around all day with no end in site. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I purchased a Samsung Microwave and Range with 2 haul aways. Both items were delivered perfectly and when it came to remove the 2 items I requested, the delivery men chose to remove one item and not the other arguing with me that the second item requested to haul away was not on my order and to call the company as he had other deliveries to handle and didn't have time. After spending 3 days to have this corrected with both SAMSUNG and RXO (mostly automated services), instead of them apologizing and refunding my money, they had me as the middleman calling both parties separately to resolve the issue that they promised would be an easy fix. It was all a waste of time and they could not resolve the issue and did not even offer to refund my money. I had to request the refund. I will never use this service again. Stick to making purchasing with Home Depot or Best Buy that are way more reliable and provide real customer service. read more

Follow up on previous review (cannot edit that one). Frigidaire gas stove delivered but not installed. Pretended gas valve does not switch off. Super/building maintenance team finished their job - did the install the next day and took away the old stove. No issue with the gas valve. Super mentioned this is very common - delivery and avoiding responsibility for gas stove installs. Frigidaire refunded the cost of the install and haulaway of the old stove. read more

I made the mistake of ordering a refrigerator through Samsung instead of just dealing with Best Buy or Home Depot. Terrible mistake. They use RXO for the delivery. It was supposed to come Friday during a 11:30-3:30p window. Took off work, cleared out the fridge bc I saw it was on the way on the tracking link. Around 3p, I went on the tracking and said attempted delivery 12:15p. I was home! I checked our Ring app...scrolled through history from 11am til 1p...nothing. Called RXO, they claimed delivery was attempted and it was enroute back to warehouse. They'd contact me later that day or Sat to schedule new delivery. Also said the drivers always take a photo of the front door when someone isn't home after they wait 15 minutes. When I asked to see it, they said the driver never uploaded it for some reason but they'll look into it and send it to me by email in a few minutes. That was 3 days ago! Since then we've wasted hours on the phone w RXO and Samsung support in the Philippines...they all promise as soon as the fridge is scanned back into the warehouse bc it's still on its way back from Manalapan to Edison (a 40 minute drive that is apparently taking 3+ days, they will reach out to set up a new delivery attempt. We've received a lot of "we understand you're frustrated" so far but they're still implying that we missed the delivery when it's clear that they either never showed up or had the wrong address. My advice, order directly from a big box store that has in-house delivery drivers and avoid companies that use a last-mile delivery service like this! Update: 5 days now. I was told the refrigerator was still on the truck at the shop because apparently the truck "broke down". Must've happened on way back from them never showing up to my house. Customer service said they would step in and facilitate the issue. It should arrive at their facility today and come tomorrow. But they still have not contacted me until I reached out twice and finally they said they're working on it. From phone, text, email...the general solution they have is to say "sorry, we've contacted the facility and they'll contact you to arrange delivery". read more

This company delivers for ikea, which is the only reason I've used them over the last two years. When I place an ikea order, I'm asked if there are any additional delivery instructions. Every time I put in the gate code because I live in a private gated community that requires a code. And every single time--I've lost track of how many orders I've made--the company fails to give the code to the drivers. This is the first issue--a failure of management and coordination. So the drivers get stressed and try to reach out. But you can't call the drivers back directly, you're rerouted through a call center. The call center reps will leave you on hold for so long that you hang up in confusion (10, 15, 20 min...) OR they hang up on you. Each time, they fail to provide an answer. Yesterday when I'd missed two calls from the drivers, the rep told me that 1) she didn't know why they'd called, 2) that she would not help me to connect with them to find out why, and 3) it didn't matter. Then she hung up on me. Rock bottom customer service is the second issue. The drivers are very clearly stressed about ensuring delivery. The fact that there isn't great cell service in my area surely worsens this. I've been yelled at by them, in one case they left my items on the side of the road because they couldn't find my house and I couldn't find them. I reached out to ikea and told them I'm done. I want to give RXO team credit for prompt resolution of my complaint. Within 24 hours after I left 1 star review the representative from Social Media Resolution team has reached out to me to resolve my complaint. The pick-up of the broken appliance was scheduled within 2 days. The representative has provided me his direct contact information and kept me updated on the status of our pick-up until the delivery team left the apartment. As an outcome, the broken refrigerator has been successfully removed. If possible I would give negative rating to bother RXO delivery and Samsung. I purchased​ Samsung refrigerator on 1/22/25. On 1/27 RXO delivered refrigerator to our apartment, BUT it turned to be non-operational. Ever since than I have been trying to return the refrigerator for a refund. The only reply I get is that refrigerator will be removed on April 8 (9 weeks from original date of the claim). I request that the broken refrigerator is removed from our apartment no later than 2/28 before the end of business day and we are issued full refund for the price of the refrigerator.​​​​​​​​ read more

I got my new fridge delivered today. The guys were excellent. They called in advance with ETA and I was able to get home from work. Very kind, professional and thoughtful. There was a narrow space that I failed to measure and they struggled for a while, but were able to get it inside by unscrewing the doors and other parts and lifting it over the rail that was a very difficult task to do, but they managed! They were very calm, positive and respectful, not pissed or anything (like other could have been). They delivered a mattress and an adjustable platform. They had no experience with an adjustable platform and it was very disappointing when this was installed. They were exclusively hired as a shipper for beautyrest mattress. Beautyrest mattress was also very disappointing and chose not to get involved with a problematic delivery. They referred me to the adjustable platform company and they could not be reached on the phone. Basically nobody takes responsibility for anything. read more
