    Left my microwave on the floor and cant use

    ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I have a full kitchen appliances delivery scheduled last week. I was suppose to have a LICENSED INSTALLER come and install my new stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher from samsung. The window of deliver was 10am- 2pm. They arrived exactly at 2pm. The installer couldnt install ANY appliance and didnt care to. My service also has haul away old appliances that i paid extra to samsung. The installer told me the issues needed to be resolved and told me to reschedule. I was confused with the issues as i had a recent kitchen remodel 2 years ago. He was frustrated, left my house and proceeded to YELL in-front of my house to his partner. He was sooooo unprofessional. Perhaps i should post the video of him throwing a tantrum in front of my house. He then hauled away my New appliances and told me to deal with a 908 number for reschedule. I SPENT THE REST OF THE DAY on the phone with RXO customer service and samsung. The delivery driver marked my delivery as DELIVERED. RXO seems to outsource their calls to another country. Their representatives were dismissive and a few of them kept hanging up the phone on me. NO ONE wanted to resolve my redelivery. One representative literally said too bad . Another one told me that i'm lying and my appliances are at my house. These phone calls are allegedly recorded. Is this the quality and control that RXO holds on to their reps? I was told that my delivery will be scheduled for the 19th. Again, I have no email reconfirming my delivery. I called again today . This time they say that it's just installation. WHERE THE HELL ARE MY APPLIANCES? I called again and was put on hold for another hour just to be hung up on . I've never dealt with the company with this much lack of care for customer service. I'm gonna have to report them to the BBB and sue RXO for holding my appliances and none of their employees wanna work to resolve my issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SAMSUNG DIRECTLY. Go to best buy or home depot. Any other company who does not use RXO! Also, the guy took down my microwave and never even put it back up, so I can't even use my microwave for the past week. This seems to be a trending theme for the Edison, NJ location. Check their google reviews. Samsung, pick a new deliver courier. RXO is not it Their reps keep hanging up the phone. THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY.

    Rxo kept me up-to-date from the day. I placed my order until the white glove team of Eric and.Noe arrived on Monday morning at 9 AM. They assembled my Adirondack chairs quickly, and place them exactly where I wanted them. They were pleasant, smiled, and were otherwise professional. Everything was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.

    This company handled the white glove delivery assembly of my Polywood deck furniture courteously and with professionalism.

    3 Weeks ago I dropped off a FEDEX prepaid medical test at the Roseland, NJ office to be shipped to…read morea medical lab in Houston, TX. The package shipped that date and arrived at a FEDEX location in Cypress, TX. By the 5th day it was in Mosheim, TN and a day later it was in Edison, NJ -- where it has apparently been for the past 2 weeks. When I realized there may be a problem, I called the 800 number and was told they'd check into it. I gave them my contact email and phone number to call when they had information. After 3 days of no response and no movement, I called again and was told they'd trace it and would call me with the status. I called again last week and was told to put in a claim -- which I cannot do since I am not the shipping originator. I understand that packages are lost, but FEDEX has been totally unresponsive and never got back to me. The people answering the phone were politely aloof and did not care that this was an important medical test. I have dealt with UPS which has been 100% reliable and have even been more satisfied with the much maligned USPS.

After tipping the Delivery Team (MARVIN (EMJR) & ANGEL DIAZ (EMJR)) $100/each in hopes of encouraging professionalism & decency, they DESTROYED the carpet and drywall damage, in my 2,000sqft brand new home and executive rental. Without regard for the walls also severely damaged the drywall in the house. When filing a complaint about the experience, was asked to: 1. Go to a notary and pay to notarize a letter. 2. Obtain 4 bids for the work to fix the issues. This alone takes weeks and 4 meetings with contractors and all BEFORE fixing the carpet and drywall. While occupied with tenants. 3. Submit the notarized document, photos, bids and wait to hear if they too will be sending a contractor out to bid. All this to "possibly" have a resolution... for an issue caused by this company. I no longer even care about the $1,500 I have to spend to fix it all... I am more disgusted with the principle. I'd normally offer photos but it doesn't appear possible.
