The UPS Store (Located in Village Plaza Strip Mall)…read more1075 Easton Ave. Somerset, NJ 08873 The UPS store offers a variety of quick mailing options, but there is one amenity that is beneficial to me. The UPS Store will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. This was an extremely simple procedure. As soon as I entered, the clerk took my package and he gave me a receipt. #ups #theupsstore #amazon #amazonreturns #amazonreturnsdropoff

Highly unrecommended, unless you like lighting money on fire.

These guys rock!!! They are amazing. They just moved my stuff from NYC to Seattle and they did it…read morebetter and faster than expected. Everything arrived in EXCELLENT condition. They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I am frankly not surprised by the majority of negative reviews for a freight delivery company…read more Outside of Room & Board, I have almost never had a good experience with these companies. Either the delivery dates are missed/significantly delayed, the service paid for is not ultimately rendered, and/or the delivery itself causes damage to the home. Despite others' experience, mine was excellent. The AM called/emailed/texted within three days of my item arriving in the local warehouse to schedule delivery for the next business day. The delivery window was between 1-5pm and the drivers actually called slightly early. I purchased the white glove delivery service as I live on the third floor of a walk-up, but the two delivery men handled everything well without so much as brushing up against a wall. It's likely that a customer's ultimate experience is almost entirely dependent on the delivery crew they're interacting with at the final point of service. Based on other reviews, perhaps I was lucky, but my experience with AM was pretty great.

That's the same reason why I rate this place a 3 star (not good and not bad) My recent experience with a USPS staff - Danielle was pretty good. She had a warm smile and great customer manners and the checkout of my mailing service was pretty swift. If you don't find a parking on the Main Street, you can park in the parking lot behind the USPS that is attached to the Superfresh.

Most of the time she'll let her whoever she's working with take lead on register as she sits down talking to them about non-work related things or on her phone as you can see in the photo. It's to the point that I'm going to start going out of my way to go to another location.

There is always parking.. and service seems quick. But, the reason for this particular review is to shout out attendant Derek who was manning the Amazon returns about a week ago. I was all over the place with trying to navigate the app and had a number of returns.. Derek was extremely pleasant and patient.. he made what could have been a nightmare, much more tolerable. One time I needed a mini SD card asap (please respect my privacy on this issue). The woman taking passport photos is good at it. We just got my husband's passport back and he looks amazing. The Nos: -weird lighting -dingy -the TJ Maxx Stuffication of the check out lines. -everyone looks uncomfortable. Which - understandable I guess.

I have found myself selling more and more books and the like, and I am SO HAPPY that the local post office is so great. I've never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes at this place (I do go either from 10-12noon or 2-3pm if that helps), and all the postal workers who man the counters are so nice. EACH ONE OF THEM- there is a funny guy, tall, and very friendly, another one named Anthony who gave my friend a pair of sunglasses that had been left in the post office for months. There is also a newer guy (I had him one time while he was training) a middle-aged Asian man, who is very nice and an older woman. I need to look at names!! Everyone is so nice and friendly and aren't snippy and impatient with you and will answer all your questions. It's hard to work in service industries (trust me I know!) especially when you have to deal with a service that isn't as popular as it used to be (when was the last time you got a letter?), but I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the staff at this North Brunswick Post Office, because they have made every trip a pleasant experience each time I go to send some stuff.
