A busy UPS store but never had a bad customer service here. The Sardarji who does notary is a kind gentleman and doesn't keep you waiting for long. The shop has good parking space outside. read more

Went to mail a package today and didn't realize I walked into UPS instead of the post office The man behind the desk made some jokes and was so kind -- he taped up my package, added the address slip for me, and even included the paper I forgot to put inside! Truly above and beyond. Shoutout to helpful humans making errands easier read more

Helpful staff and has all the necessary services as well. My friend had to print out few pages and return a package. It was a smooth experience and the store has reasonable pricing for it. read more

The worst. The female employee asked what i had in the box that i was sending? I told her i had multiple boxes to send to the same location. She told me she couldn't send it like that. I had to send each individual package separately, never heard of such a thing. read more

I am sorry I did not ask the name today of the woman that works at the UPS store at 1297 Cenntennial Ave. Ste 5 in Piscataway so I could give her a huge shout out of thanks. If you read this review my dear I want to say you have wonderful customer service skills and are very kind. You treated me with respect and patience. You spent the time to help me get my package labeled so it could be delivered. Thank you so much for your kindness. read more

I was in and out in less than 10min! Andy was extremely helpful when it came to shipping out all of my returned items. The service was quick & efficient. read more

People are very nice and always so helpful. I have been using them for the last 5 years and appreciate the level of service.

This place is terrible, the staff acts like they don't want to help you. It's basically entirely self service if you need to tape your box, print out a package label, etc & those are additional charges separate from what you're paying for the shipping. One of the packages that I sent out ended up back in mg apartment because supposed the staff isn't allowed to secure package slips on the plastic lanyard that gets placed on the box. So basically while your package is in the process of being returned to its merchant, the return slip could fall out of the lanyard because it wasn't secured. Fuck this place, I'll never go back to it again. read more

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff! Appreciated the personal gentleman and quick service.

Very helpful and friendly! Useful to have a local UPS open on a Sunday. The employees in the store are really nice to customers.

I had 3 packages that were all boxed up and ready to be shipped. Only thing missing was one piece of tape for each box to close them up. Instead of just taping the 3 boxes the attendant tells me I can buy tape for $7. Next time I will go to Kohls for my Amazon returns where they don't charge you for 3 feet of tape!!!! read more

I've been to this ups store twice for my Amazon returns and the cashier has been the nicest person ever to me. He is so patient and really takes his time to help me. I'm super appreciative since navigating this whole amazon return situation has been so confusing. I'm so grateful for people like him. read more

Unprofessional, horrible customer service and they charge exorbitant amounts of money for supplies to ship your items. They don't care about their customers and their poor attitude clearly shows. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I come here at least once a week to send out packages for work - the owner, Andy, is always so kind and helpful and finds a way to make me laugh! They get very busy sometimes and they are always professional and provide great, quick service. read more

I have been going to the UPS store for years and have never had an issue. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Never had any issues with this location and the staff here have always been efficient. The 1 star reviews left here are people shipping out packages without sealing it expecting the workers to tape it for them and get upset-- I've gone to the USPS office and they also expect you to have your shipments taped or they ask you to buy tape so it's common sense to just have your packages taped. Obviously there are other places that don't require it but that's a bonus and shouldn't be expected. In conclusion, this location has never failed me! read more

Came to that location to drop off a return to Amazon. I didn't have printed return label and I thought it is not a problem to print one at the store. The guy at UPS told me that he cannot print the shipping label and send me to the computer where that label could (possibly) be printed. I didn't find an easy way to print it and there was no one who agreed to assist me. Very disappointed with the service. read more

I had to get a letter notarized, Andy the notary was very professional and customer friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend my family and friends! read more

Friendly staff and quick service. The gentleman at the front made our visit quick and was super friendly.

I went for an amazon return and the process was super quick and the employees were very nice. Great service.

Andy the manager is such a funny and friendly manager, every time I interact with him he is willing to help. very nice guy definitely going back ! read more

I am posting this review during the entire COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, I had a lot of Amazon packages that needed to be returned. This year hasn't been my year at all, and 2020 just needs to end. I showed up after closing hours unaware that Saturday's hours are different, and the owner still decided to do me a solid and saved me a trip by taking in the packages. It's people like him that show that there are still people out there that genuinely care, and really want the best for others. The owner of this UPS truly cares about his customers and is doing his part in this whole fight we have against this pandemic. I'm extremely grateful. read more

If I could give them a 0 I would! They are supposed to be servicing small businesses but they are costing me time & embarrassment! packages have sat on their shelves for months and i was never notified, clients have to track packages to tell me it was delivered! read more

This UPS Store is popular and sometimes there is a line, to be served. Yet the staff is attentive to each individual customer's needs. With the variety of services provided there, that means a lot! I've sent faxes and shipped various types of packages. No matter how busy the shop is, the staff has been courteous and pleasant. read more

I go there frequently for amazon return. They are helpful and professional. Sometimes it gets busy but the line moves fast. People who work there are friendly and respectful. read more

No good. They charged me five dollars for an envelope that was free. When confronted I was not welcomed. I would not recommend this store unless you are willing to get ripped off. read more

I dropped off 2 packages, similar in weight, to be shipped to 2 different addresses. Somehow they mixed up the labels on the box and each package went to the wrong address. They tell me I am at fault for not checking that they place the correct label on the correct package. They would not take responsibility for it at all. I wasn't expecting much... just an apology and acknowledgement that they made a mistake. No such luck. Very frustrating. Will never do business with this store again. read more

This one is a busy but professional location. The guys are very helpful. Andy helped me save hundreds of dollars on my international shipment. I would highly recommend this location. They would always give you good options to save money. read more

If I could, I will give them a zero. One of the worst services ever. They provide DHL service for international shipments and it is one of the worst international services. The guy at the counter asks if you can pay by cash and says he is giving you the best deal which is a blatant lie. Avoid going and falling into the trap. You only will end up paying more and the shipment will not even reach on time. read more

Can I give it 0? No? Okay, 1 star will have to suffice. These idiots were completely confused, not because of the customer requests, but by the mere presence of their customers. It was as if they have no idea what they're doing or what to expect. They can't spend 10 seconds taping the packages shut; they make you either leave so you can seal it, or make you pay for an entire roll of tape that you don't need. Meanwhile, there's a roll of tape sitting at the desk that they could've used, had they not been so lazy. Not welcoming people at all, either. Couldn't even follow simple requests, either. Don't know why Bill's review isn't recommended when he hit the nail on the head! read more

Awesome place! People are very nice and prompt. The place is super clean and calm. Lots of parking.

Do NOT come to this location! It took a long while but I had to write this review. I literally loathe coming here. I only do so as a last last last resort and even then I walk through the doors with my fingers crossed. The absolute WORST UPS store location in the area and I've been shopping for over 10+yrs.The UPS driver comes whenever he wants and the store owner/reps says/does nothing about it. It's your franchise why would you not speak up if you have different service hours posted on your website? In the end it only makes your establishment look bad. The Easton Ave location owners clearly care more about their service commitment as I've personally witnessed them standing up to driver for the commitment time cut offs. Seriously just don't bother... read more

If they could get 0 stars thats what i would give them. The worst experience I have ever had shipping anything. They have lied and deceived from the begining. I shipped a mirror from this location to myself as I moved. From the begining they tried to overcharge for shipping and tried to have me sign a waiver for damage as I purchased extra insurance. They packed the item and when I got the mirror it was damaged. I got the runaround from them for 2 months to pay me the claim AFTER UPS ITSELF PAID THEM THE CLAIM. They are supposed to pay me for the item PLUS THE SHIPPING...THEY ARE TRYING TO UNDERPAY ME FOR THE ITEM!! THEY WANT TO KEEP THE COST OF THE SHIPPING. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. If you would like ll the sordid details please reCH OUT TO ME i WILL BE HAPPY TO FILL YOU IN. AND YES i PURCHASED ENOUGH INSURANCE .THEY DONT THINK i SHOULD BE REFUNDED FOR THEIR PACKING JOB!!! THE JOB WHICH DELIVERED ME A DAMAGED ITEM!! read more

When I walked in, there were no other customers present. I was not greeted. I had a box with a printed label. The lady gave me a lecture on not taping the label on before coming. I asked for a plastic envelop for the label, that I was happy to pay for. She taped the label on with attitude, as if two strands of tape were going to break the bank. Not very welcoming. I live near this store, however I'll use another location near work. Customer service non existent. read more

I got a package which already labeled and I just need a receipt. I believe it only takes him 30 seconds to help me with that. But he asked me to wait about 20 mins until 2 people finished their paper work. Very slow process and unprofessional. read more

I want to give 0.They charged me $12 for each paper(he said $4 for sign $4 for stamp and $4 for writing something - total 3 on each page). When I checked with other services they were charging only $3 for each page.its cheating. Please stop going here for notary services. read more
