Went to mail a package today and didn't realize I walked into UPS instead of the post office The man behind the desk made some jokes and was so kind -- he taped up my package, added the address slip for me, and even included the paper I forgot to put inside! This place is terrible, the staff acts like they don't want to help you. It's basically entirely self service if you need to tape your box, print out a package label, etc & those are additional charges separate from what you're paying for the shipping. One of the packages that I sent out ended up back in mg apartment because supposed the staff isn't allowed to secure package slips on the plastic lanyard that gets placed on the box. So basically while your package is in the process of being returned to its merchant, the return slip could fall out of the lanyard because it wasn't secured. Fuck this place, I'll never go back to it again. read more

I had 3 packages that were all boxed up and ready to be shipped. Only thing missing was one piece of tape for each box to close them up. Instead of just taping the 3 boxes the attendant tells me I can buy tape for $7. Next time I will go to Kohls for my Amazon returns where they don't charge you for 3 feet of tape!!!! read more

I have been going to the UPS store for years and have never had an issue. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Never had any issues with this location and the staff here have always been efficient. The 1 star reviews left here are people shipping out packages without sealing it expecting the workers to tape it for them and get upset-- I've gone to the USPS office and they also expect you to have your shipments taped or they ask you to buy tape so it's common sense to just have your packages taped. Obviously there are other places that don't require it but that's a bonus and shouldn't be expected. In conclusion, this location has never failed me! read more

Came to that location to drop off a return to Amazon. I didn't have printed return label and I thought it is not a problem to print one at the store. The guy at UPS told me that he cannot print the shipping label and send me to the computer where that label could (possibly) be printed. I didn't find an easy way to print it and there was no one who agreed to assist me. Very disappointed with the service. read more

This UPS Store is popular and sometimes there is a line, to be served. Yet the staff is attentive to each individual customer's needs. With the variety of services provided there, that means a lot! I dropped off 2 packages, similar in weight, to be shipped to 2 different addresses. Somehow they mixed up the labels on the box and each package went to the wrong address. They tell me I am at fault for not checking that they place the correct label on the correct package. They would not take responsibility for it at all. I wasn't expecting much... just an apology and acknowledgement that they made a mistake. No such luck. Very frustrating. Will never do business with this store again. read more

If I could, I will give them a zero. One of the worst services ever. They provide DHL service for international shipments and it is one of the worst international services. The guy at the counter asks if you can pay by cash and says he is giving you the best deal which is a blatant lie. Avoid going and falling into the trap. You only will end up paying more and the shipment will not even reach on time. read more

Can I give it 0? No? Okay, 1 star will have to suffice. These idiots were completely confused, not because of the customer requests, but by the mere presence of their customers. It was as if they have no idea what they're doing or what to expect. They can't spend 10 seconds taping the packages shut; they make you either leave so you can seal it, or make you pay for an entire roll of tape that you don't need. Meanwhile, there's a roll of tape sitting at the desk that they could've used, had they not been so lazy. Not welcoming people at all, either. Couldn't even follow simple requests, either. Do NOT come to this location! It took a long while but I had to write this review. I literally loathe coming here. I only do so as a last last last resort and even then I walk through the doors with my fingers crossed. The absolute WORST UPS store location in the area and I've been shopping for over 10+yrs.The UPS driver comes whenever he wants and the store owner/reps says/does nothing about it. It's your franchise why would you not speak up if you have different service hours posted on your website? In the end it only makes your establishment look bad. The Easton Ave location owners clearly care more about their service commitment as I've personally witnessed them standing up to driver for the commitment time cut offs. If they could get 0 stars thats what i would give them. The worst experience I have ever had shipping anything. They have lied and deceived from the begining. I shipped a mirror from this location to myself as I moved. From the begining they tried to overcharge for shipping and tried to have me sign a waiver for damage as I purchased extra insurance. They packed the item and when I got the mirror it was damaged. I got the runaround from them for 2 months to pay me the claim AFTER UPS ITSELF PAID THEM THE CLAIM. They are supposed to pay me for the item PLUS THE SHIPPING...THEY ARE TRYING TO UNDERPAY ME FOR THE ITEM!! THEY WANT TO KEEP THE COST OF THE SHIPPING. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. When I walked in, there were no other customers present. I was not greeted. I had a box with a printed label. The lady gave me a lecture on not taping the label on before coming. I asked for a plastic envelop for the label, that I was happy to pay for. She taped the label on with attitude, as if two strands of tape were going to break the bank. Not very welcoming.
