We were struggling to get a color print out or color photocopy .. went to ups , usps, fedex and 3-4 more shops . Nothing was working in those shops . Thankfully stopped by this place . A very stood service from the guy . He was very friendly and eager to help. They were able to take color printouts and also do Notary ! Yfff . It was so so so helpful , basically doing all work in the same place . Charged very minimal . They also sold perfumes . We didn't buy but the price was reasonable . Parking outside is small but we were able to get one . Good spot overall. 4stars ..

3 Weeks ago I dropped off a FEDEX prepaid medical test at the Roseland, NJ office to be shipped to…read morea medical lab in Houston, TX. The package shipped that date and arrived at a FEDEX location in Cypress, TX. By the 5th day it was in Mosheim, TN and a day later it was in Edison, NJ -- where it has apparently been for the past 2 weeks. When I realized there may be a problem, I called the 800 number and was told they'd check into it. I gave them my contact email and phone number to call when they had information. After 3 days of no response and no movement, I called again and was told they'd trace it and would call me with the status. I called again last week and was told to put in a claim -- which I cannot do since I am not the shipping originator. I understand that packages are lost, but FEDEX has been totally unresponsive and never got back to me. The people answering the phone were politely aloof and did not care that this was an important medical test. I have dealt with UPS which has been 100% reliable and have even been more satisfied with the much maligned USPS.

Today's marks the 5th week that I've been given the run around and my package is still not…read moredelivered. Now my issue is a refund, I go to the store they say call customer service, I call Customer service and they say go to the store. If I could give a 0 I would. I can't even get a phone number to the store The 800 number is generic. So I have to physical go to the store each time. My next step is consumer affairs or the BBB.

Had a 2DA AM, shipped Friday and Tuesday was the arrival time. Snow storm, didn't happen. No…read moreproblem, I get it! Was supposed to get my shipment on Thursday between 9-11am. Never happened. Called Thursday at 11:05am and they said someone would call back. NEVER HAPPENED! My office was open and driver said he tried to deliver it @ 4:45pm... DRIVER LIED!! Waiting (5:45pm)on a phone call again from the facility....probably never going to happen. Wanted me to wait for another 3 hrs. for the driver (who said he was here already) to come back. Does your team get paid by the hour? Maybe you should hire people who want to make money and do their job without lying! This driver should lose his job or at least put on a final notice! As for the team in the warehouse who was supposed to call me back twice, again should be another person put on notice! I told them I would be here till 6:15. Had 30min. to call. It is past that and no call! Apparently you have the wrong people in those positions at the Edison facility. Does the Market Director/District Mgr. know what goes on here? literally, the dumbest idea ever. pay 800$ to put your boxes in one large box that you have to pay…read more$230 dollars for them to bring upto your apartment (how am I supposed to transport a box that is 5 feet by 4 feet by 5 feet??) and throw away. Wasting money. Total sham. I was told 2 weeks, and I wont be getting my stuff until almost 3 weeks. I actually cannot believe I paid these people a dime. Highly unrecommended, unless you like lighting money on fire.

These guys rock!!! They are amazing. They just moved my stuff from NYC to Seattle and they did it…read morebetter and faster than expected. Everything arrived in EXCELLENT condition. They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
