She told me to scroll on the screen and hit accept. This is a legally binding agreement, so I actually wanted to read it before hitting accept. She snapped at me to scroll down. I snapped back that I was reading. She said she can print it for me to read, but had to click a box and accept first. So she forced me to do this, she forced me to sign a legal agreement she wouldn't let me read, and then the paperwork didn't even print. She snapped that I didn't click the box when I did. She threw her pen aacross the counter and started clicking on the computer. Finally I get the papers and she she acted like she couldn't wait for me to leave. Whatever is wrong with this person, she should not be working in customer service. I hope if she was having a bad day, she learns she shouldn't take it on on innocent people. Someone needs to talk to her.

I walked in, was immediately helped by a kind woman who just had me send my attachments for print along to them via email and 5 minutes later I was walking out with everything I needed. For about 100 standard copies and all black and white, it was around $45. Back to parking: it is all street parking and I found a spot around the corner at a meter right away. I guess it will all just depend on the time of day that you need to go but George St can for sure be a little tricky. Thank you for you quick and kind help!
