This has got to be the worse shipping company ever! Like others have said, customer service is poor. The representatives read scripts to you over and over saying they will "email" the local hub. God forbid they actually call the local hub! They all say someone will call you back with an update and of course, no one does. These reps do not care, do not have the ability to get anything done and sound more like robots than humans. We ordered a Samsung washer/dryer/styler combo about 2 weeks ago and was given last Friday, 1/27/23, as the scheduled delivery date by RXO (delivery company working with Samsung). I took off from work, unpaid, for a delivery that never arrived. After a few hours of sitting on my ass waiting for the delivery, and no phone calls/emails from RXO, I called RXO and was advised that my order was not going to be delivered as they originally scheduled. They told me they would "email" the local hub (delivery warehouse) and would contact me with updates. After 2-3 hours of waiting, I reached out again to RXO and was given the same information, and the rep adding she would "email" the hub. I demanded to speak with a supervisor and was advised that there was no supervisor on duty. Eventually, after receiving pushback from the rep and repeating her script to me several times, she transferred me to the "resolutions team" who said they would "email" the hub to get information on my delivery and that she would call me back right away with updates - she also added that "Perla", local hub rep, would call me with a rescheduled delivery date. Of course, no one from RXO contacted me with any updates or rescheduled delivery dates. I called back again and was given the same script read, but this time was advised that the earliest my order could be delivered would be this coming Monday, 1/30/23. I explained that I could not continue taking days off work, especially last minute, and the rep read her script again about how "sorry they are for the inconvenience." I asked for a supervisor again and was told they were not available. I asked for the local hub phone number and was told they cannot give that out. I asked for the local hub email and was told again, they cannot give that out and that it is "for internal use only." I asked if they could squeeze in my delivery for tomorrow since they deliver locally on Saturdays, as a courtesy for the inconvenience, and was told they could not because "it was beyond the cut off time for a Saturday delivery." WTF? I rescheduled the delivery for 1/30/23. Today, 1/30/23, I contacted RXO this morning to ensure that my order was on track for delivery since there has been zero communication from RXO. I was advised that my order is on a "hard hold" and that they, RXO, cannot guarantee delivery today. I explained that I took another day off work, unpaid again and that this was really unfair and unjust to me as their customer. Once again, the rep read off her apology script and said that she would "email" the hub to "escalate" my concerns and that she would add that I was "angry" in her email. I decided to chat with RXO yet again, via their chat feature on their website and was told: "Upon checking, your delivery is still on hold due to dock search conducted, order was misloaded to a driver on 1/27 and has yet to be returned, hard hold will be removed when freight returned as per the notes.  Rest assured that once there's an update someone from our team will reach out to you to give an update as soon as possible." So, I am still at square one. I do not have my Samsung products, took two days off from work last minute unpaid and am stuck sitting at home, hoping RXO will do the right thing and actually communicate (God forbid). I have contacted Samsung to ask about canceling the order. This is the WORSE delivery company I have ever worked with. And it appears that this sentiment is shared by many RXO customers. Samsung, you need to listen to your customers and fire this company. They are tarnishing your image and I still do not have the products I ordered and paid for in full. This has been the worse delivery experience ever for any big ticket item I have purchased. I do not think I will shop with Samsung again, after this. If you order anything from Samsung, ask who their delivery partner is. If it is RXO, get ready for the goose chase and zero communication! read more

Waited on hold forever 4 times to attempt to schedule my delivery. Automatic callback doesn't work. I finally got through on Memorial Day to schedule for the earliest available date of 5/28. They promised to call the evening before, 5/27, to schedule the 4 hour window of delivery. I never received the call. Today, morning of the 28th, I received the call from them saying unfortunately they have a shortage of kits and can't deliver until 6/9. Waste of time waiting around. They waited until the very last minute to notify me. No respect for customer time. Update: Did not get 4 hour window the night before. They called 30 minutes out and arrived almost an hour later from call. Low and behold, they still don't have the flex hose to install, left the new stove uninstalled, and took the old stove. They claimed for warranty to be valid, it has to be installed by them and that they require a new hose that we can get at Home Depot. I bought this from Costco with the promise of expert delivery and installation with parts included. The guy just said to call XPO customer service, who at first couldn't get through to the specific location in charge of this delivery. If you don't have the part, why come? And if it's at Home Depot and supposed to be included, why did you show up without it and tell us to get it? Why was there no advance notice? You guys had 12 extra days to retrieve one part. What in the world? Such bs. And what am I supposed to cook now that you took the old one away?? Ridiculous. Final update: after hours of hassle and headache trying to get the old stove back for the time being, they magically found a person who happened to have the part on his truck come to install that same day. Prior to that, they claimed the next available service date would be 8 days later but still no guarantee of the part's availability....I'm glad it's installed and working well now, but better communication with advance notice from the get go would've been nice. read more

I had a terrible experience with XPO as a carrier when I purchased a large item from Amazon with a set delivery date & time. They left a voice mail previous day saying that they will call 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. They called much earlier 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time, and I received it and hung up after listening to an automated part about Covid precautions. When I called them back 1 hour before scheduled delivery time, they said they can only deliver 2 weeks later and they don't have any other records. 1. Terrible automated phone call system for scheduling delivery. Starting with a lengthy automated notice about Covid. 2. Unreasonably asking to schedule delivery multiple times although an order I placed already specifies the delivery schedule. 3. Rescheduling far ahead in the future without any attempts to fix the problem, even before scheduled delivery time. read more

They don't even let you know it's not coming until the end of the delivery window, so you waste your whole day sitting around. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Took the day off from work to receive delivery of a washer machine. I received a dozen emails and text messages confirming delivery would occur before 7 pm. When no one showed, I attempted to call they company via the number on their website and no one answered. After 9 pm I received a phone call asking if I had received the shipment because they couldn't get in contact with the carrier. When I said no, they said it would be 24-48 hours before they could even reschedule. Judging by other reviews, this isn't a one off occurrence. I ordered a Samsung fridge on 6/2/2020, it took 6 weeks for Costco to deliver. I thought to myself it's fine Costco is reliable I'm willing to wait as a loyal customer. XPO sent me a notification saying the fridge will be delivered on 7/15/2020, I took a personal day off because of this. On the day of 7/15/2020 at around 9am they called me and said they didn't have the capacity to make the deliver, it has to be moved to 7/17/2020, I said okay it's fine I've waited long enough. On 7/17/2020, the guy came and looked at my door, said "we don't remove doors for fridge delivery, you gotta call an installation team for this". I knew from then I can't trust XPO anymore, it's gonna take them another 2 weeks anyway, so I went ahead and had a 3rd party to install the fridge. Costco then received my complaint about this and they took initiative to reimburse me for the installation cost, which is good, but it has to be done after the old fridge haul away is done. And so I scheduled for a "haul away" service, XPO gave me 7/29/2020, and I took my day off for that again, and they called me that morning and told me the same thing, no capacity. It's rescheduled to be on 8/1/2020. I've lost hope on them for this and didn't expect them to show up because they never called me for a time frame, which they said they would but never did. They called me at 8am in the morning, I missed the call; they didn't ring my bell, waited 10 minutes and left. Had to reschedule right?? It's rescheduled to 8/18/2020, which is today, I took my day off again. I woke up early for this and they finally came!! Guess what, the XPO guys came in, looked at my fridge, told me he's not comfortable removing it. THE GUYS CAME WITHOUT BRINGING TOOLS TO REMOVE MY OLD FRIDGE'S DOOR. Quality delivery. Both gentlemen were professional and courteous. They also followed all COVID protocol.

UPDATE 2: Back to 1 star. This company is the WORST! They reached out after my first review and helped get my installation rescheduled to 12/5. The delivery window was from 9am - 1pm. I heard nothing from them all day. I reached out to the customer service rep who helped with the reschedule, no response whatsoever. I called the customer service number and was told they were running behind and they guaranteed me it would be installed today. Well at 3:00pm, after hearing nothing I tried reaching out again, they hung up on me. I then called LG to get this resolved, as the order was with LG. LG called RCO and found out that they would not be doing the installation today. LG told me that RXO stated that no one was home. I have been home all day, no one called, no one rang the bell. LG stated that this happens all the time with this company, and they are as frustrated as their customers are trying to get these issues resolved. Unfortunately for LG I am returning this appliance for a full refund. I do not want this company anywhere near my home. If I could rate them with 0 stars I would, they don't even deserve one star. UPDATE 1: After posting this review someone from customer service reached out to work with me to remedy the situation. They were very responsive and were able to schedule my installation sooner than before. So, I have upped my rating to a 3. I will reevaluate after the installation experience. But so far A+ customer service. My delivery was supposed to include the installation of the appliance. It was the primary reason for choosing them, delivery, and installation on the same day. Well, it was delivered, but there was no installation. In fact, I had to call them to find out what was going on. My installation is now more than a week away. If I had not called, I would have never heard from them. Now I have a huge appliance box sitting in my kitchen that will be there for over a week. read more

I'm going on my third rescheduled delivery of a pedestal for a LG dryer. Originally scheduled for 10/26 then rescheduled for 11/ 1, And now that's been changed to 11/07 And I'm doubtful that that will happen after reading the dreadful reviews of this lousy horrible company I cannot understand why Best buy and these electronics companies use these jerks instead of just sending things UPS, I understand you can't send a refrigerator washer or dryer but I'm just waiting for a pedestal for my LG dryer That could be shipped UPS. I have no idea how to properly review this. I'm giving five stars only because the actual delivery drivers are courteous, friendly and responsive. It's the office/ phone service that I had issues with. I under that they schedule deliveries based on route but this doesn't leave a lot of flexibility for those that work during the day and may need to arrange their schedule to be present for the delivery. I received my first delivery notice 48 hrs before the day of delivery and I called, texted and attempted to email the company notifying them that I would not be able to be there. No one got back to me until the day of delivery when the driver called to alert me that he was there to deliver my order. I felt so bad because he drove there when I attempted reschedule the delivery beforehand. He was polite as I apologized and told me that he would contact logistics so that I can reschedule. The customer service operator called me not even 10 minutes later to reschedule my delivery and I questioned why they wouldn't answer the phones so that this error could be avoided. I was able to reschedule and once again the time was very inconvenient for me so I attempted to call customer service again but the operator was little to no help. Ordered a dishwasher from Samsung direct. Took about 3-4 weeks to come in. No big deal. I paid the extra money for XPO to install the dishwasher thinking it would save me some time on the weekend. Day comes for xpo to deliver and install, xpo refuses to install my dishwasher, and does not call me to tell me this. Just leave the dishwasher in my garage. I then pick up the phone and call their customer service and speak to a rep who tells me that the crew is unable to install the dishwasher but refuses to tell me why. Rep just tells me that I need a licensed professional. When I pressed if I needed a plumber or electrician. The rep shuts me down and refuses to give me any other info then you need a licensed professional. Come to find out this disaster of company would not connect three wires on the back to power. They wanted a plug and a gfi connection. Which I might add is not code in my town. They basically did not want to do the job I paid them for. Lazy. I open up my dishwasher to install it and notice the kick plate for the dishwasher is also damaged. Thanks XPO. I'm sure the "owner" will leave a note for me to contact them directly. I have news for this "owner" it's not my job to contact you. You should be reaching out for dissatisfied customers. This is also the 3-4 item that XPO has delivered to my house damaged. Had my washer & dryer delivered and installed. First, they installed the appliances on the wrong sides. They told me that they can't install on the correct sides because the water drain hose isn't long enough. The appliances' doors are next to each other and it's not comfortable to transfer the clothes from a washer to a dryer. After few washing cycles, me and my wife ourselves restocked the appliances to the correct side, and what do you know, the water drain hose has more than enough length. Secondly, they used the water hoses from the old washer machine. Why? Why not install the water hoses that came with the new washer machine? I didn't check after they finished installation, I only noticed when we were moving the appliances. And lastly, the installation guys stole things from my house. I have a small construction project going on in the basement, want to build a bathroom, so they stole some plumbing material that was in the box. I contacted RXO so they could open an investigation, still waiting for anyone to contact me. read more

WORST Delivery company ever! Like other customers have said, they lie constantly about the status of your order. You are told one thing when they "reschedule" the first delivery date. Then you are told another reason the 2nd time they "reschedule". And the third time it's a totally different story. Now they are saying they have to ask for replacement items because they have been lost. Why would SAMSUNG want to partner with a company like this? Also, the customer service agents are rude and do not have any regard for the customers. They have no interest in resolving your issue and basically provide a scripted response. An update. It's been several days since I've submitted my review. They rescheduled a delivery without letting me know for yesterday and I was at work. When I was finally called today to reschedule for the 6th time I was told the earliest was Friday, and I have to go to work. I refuse to alternate my days at work because xpo reps continue to lie about when my mattress can be delivered. I told a rep yesterday I would be available tomorrow. Not sure why I am still not being accommodated at this point with the amount of lies and mistakes XPO has made. The xpo rep that reached out to me via email in response to my original post actually said "Emailed HUB and the HUB manager to determine where product is. Currently the system shows as item not received at the HUB. Waiting for reply." I still haven't received a reply from that rep. This is a horrific experience. Is there anyone at this company that can help me get my product that I paid for ??? Please anyone being offered white glove service by this company or delivery service decline it. Original delivery was scheduled on a Friday between 3pm and 7pm. Waited but just before 6pm I received a text saying delivery is rescheduled for Saturday between 6am and 7pm. On Saturday I received a text saying XPO had just received the item and I needed to schedule a date and time for delivery. No explanation for why? Finally item was delivered on Tuesday.
