Installation was quick and efficient. Delivery agents were friendly and courteous. Could not be happier with the process. I had a really good experience. They texted me with updates, giving me a window of arrival. They not only kept to the window but gave me further updates. When arriving took off shoes, bright equipment in and set it up. Made sure it turned on and checked for any packaging that might have been dropped. All dine in less than 10mins. read more

I bought a washer and dryer from Costco on September 15th, 2020. According to the tracking number they were on the dock in Eagan about a week and a half later. I just received them yesterday February 3rd, 2021. I live 120 miles north of the metro, so they kept saying they were trying to put together a delivery route. They scheduled a delivery two times and never texted, called or showed up. Third time they said they were 10 minutes from my house, but the washer and dryer were damaged, so no delivery. Four months and four days of vacation wasted, and I finally am done with this ridiculous ordeal. Sadly for Costco, I wouldn't ever buy an appliance from them again because of XPO. read more

If I could leave a negative review, I would. The customer service seems to not understand anything you say. I ordered a washer and dryer through Costco, and they use XPO to deliver. I was fully aware that if they call 3 times and cannot get ahold of me, they would just deliver. But instead I got a call just a few days before delivery and they said when they would be delivering. I called them and told them that wouldn't work, we rescheduled/cancelled the delivery. Or so I thought. They cancelled my order completely. And two months later, Costco and Samsung have to put in an entire new order because of one employee and their misunderstanding. It would be nice if employees like the one I talked to did not have the authority to cancel a $1400 order. read more

Mostly good experience with some room for improvement. The delivery day was moved from Saturday to Sunday due to snow the night before. Not much snow, and the roads were cleared early morning, but I suspect the company decided to play it safe. Central office did notify the delivery schedule change the afternoon before. As with other freight service, I was told I would get a 30 min. heads up call but got 10. The drivers were polite and helpful though. read more

Far and away the worst customer service I have ever experienced from ANY company--in this business or any other. I will never again work with them, and I will never again order from LG.com simply because they work with them. We ordered our refrigerator on July 18, in part because LG's website said it could be delivered on July 22, which was a few days sooner than going through Home Depot or other similar sources. In the order, we paid extra for installation and haul away of our old fridge. We later got an email from XPO saying they would deliver July 23. Still good. July 23 comes and goes--no delivery, and no contact from either LG or XPO. I tried calling both--no answer at either. July 23 was a Saturday, so I can understand why they're not answering--but if they weren't going to make the date, they should have informed ahead of time. On Monday July 25, I call both LG and XPO. NEITHER OF THEM CAN PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON WHERE OUR FRIDGE IS. This continues ALL WEEK LONG--until on Friday, July 29, I get an email saying that our fridge will be delivered Wednesday, August 3. The "track my order" button reveals that the fridge is physically in our metro area, and seems to indicate it has been there for some time. So I called XPO to see if they might be able to move that up, seeing that they were already a week late. They said they won't--and were upset we asked, as if it was our fault. August 3 finally arrives. The go to disconnect the water from the old fridge--and discover that the water shutoff valve immediately upstream from the fridge has ceased and won't shut. However, this is not an issue: Because we don't like to drink softened water (tastes funny), we had a dedicated hard water line installed in our house which runs only to the separate drinking water spout at our kitchen sink and to the refrigerator. So we were able to turn the water supply to the fridge off simply by going about 15 feet of pipe further upstream and shutting off the hard water line supplying only those two destinations. BUT THE INSTALLERS REFUSE TO INSTALL THE FRIDGE. They make up some ridiculous claim about installing it in this configuration being more dangerous! It was complete falsified nonsense!! They said we needed to have a plumber come out and fix it before they would complete the installation--and said that they weren't even going to bring in our new fridge. We were in desperate need of refrigeration at that point, so we told them to bring it in and install it (without water connection) in our living room. (They couldn't take the old one yet, because they wouldn't disconnect the water line, because of their made-up problem.) So they brought the fridge in, and started the process of assembling it--removing packaging, plugging in, etc. After barely starting this process, they mention something about being scheduled to be in another place in about ten minutes, in a way which makes us think they were saying they were going to need to call ahead. At one point, they head out to their truck, as if they were going to get some additional tools--but instead, THEY JUST LEAVE. The set up job isn't even halfway done. The door handles are still in foam inside the fridge, the unit and doors have not been leveled, THE JOB IS NOT DONE. No communication, just...GONE. We call XPO. They say that they can't complete the installation because that valve won't shut off, even though the water supply was shut off 15 feet further upstream. This is a ludicrous rationale. They said we'd be contacted within 24 hours to confirm the water supply is fixed, and to reschedule the installation That evening, I run to the hardware store, pick up a new shutoff valve, and install it--something I could easily have done AFTER the fridge installation is complete. I also have our professional, licensed plumber come out the next day, just to see if there is something I wasn't understanding which needed to be done prior to fridge installation. He confirms that everything I did was done correctly--and that there was NO REASON the installers should have delayed the installation. So now we waited for the call to reschedule--and two days later, we STILL had not heard anything. We call XPO--no answer. We call LG--they're customer service person is absolutely flabbergasted at how XPO is treating us, and contacts XPO to try to mediate the situation. XPO tells us (and LG) that they can't get out until at least the middle of next week. The LG rep clearly sees this as unacceptable, and tells XPO they need to find a sooner date/time, as we HAVE TWO REFRIGERATORS CLOGGING UP OUR HOME. And rather than discuss it with the LG rep, the XPO contact HUNG UP ON THE LG REPRESENTATIVE. I simply cannot believe that a business like this is still in business. I struggle to believe that any delivery company could/would treat their customers--BOTH THEIR UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM CUSTOMERS--this poorly. WORST COMPANY EVER. read more

I have been rescheduled twice for a delivery and XPO never notified me about the delay/change. Good thing I look up on their web site and find out they are not going to show up. I have now been told it will be another week and one half before they will deliver, that is if they show up at all. I have requested that their management contact me but my request went unanswered. This was the worst customer service I have ever received. My fridge was to be delivered on 7/29 waited all day only to find out after I called that they wouldn't make it to my house. They wouldn't let me reschedule until my fridge returned to the warehouse. I called the next day and they still didn't have my fridge back at the warehouse. Said they would send an email to the hub and return my call by end of business day. No one called. I waited the weekend and called on Monday they said they still haven't scanned it in at the warehouse. And would send an email. I explained that the email was sent on Friday and the rep explained that it wasn't sent and I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. I waited for a call and then they told me it would arrive on the following Thursday. My fridge just got here the guys brought the fridge into my house. Dented the front of the fridge and then scratched my brand new hardwood floors. So now I have to wait to see when I can get a new replacement door or a new fridge. This was an awful experience and samsung needs to rethink who they use. read more

XPO Last Mile logistics is the worst company I have EVER delt with. They should not be allowed to do business in the US. We received someone elses order and they received ours. When XPO Last Mile and Living Spaces were contacted about their error in delivery, after 2 days of waiting on hold only to repeat the problem over and over to their "customer service", they finally said they would have a truck out to correct the error within 6 hours on the third day. They never came. Their tracking system is non existent. We contacted the person whose name was on the couch and she had our couch so there was no issue with the "72 hour wait for the warehouse to locate our couch". LOSERS. read more

XPO delivered a treadmill that I had ordered through Amazon. I got to pick my delivery window of time. I received reminders of the time window and that someone would need to be home to receive it. The driver texted to let me know they were 20-30 minutes away. Once delivered, they made sure the box was put where I wanted it and that it was turned so it wouldn't tip. I was told again that they cancelled my delivery appointment and they can make me wait another 2 days for delivery. They did say they can take it out of the trailer for me to pick it up myself. If they can find time to take it out of the trailer to put it on my truck, they should be able to find time to put it on their truck. Delivery was 3 hours late. Crew had no Covid protection - no masks, gloves nothing. The customer service call back doesn't work. The online tracking app doesn't work. Delivery window was noon to 4pm. Unapologetically incompetent... They missed two long delivery windows while we sat around all day waiting. No proactive communication from drivers; couldn't even get them to call back after repeat requests. Centralized customer service has no idea what's happening on the ground. Due to a December ice storm that shut down most roadways they called to let me know they couldn't deliver on Saturday the 28th, I told them I was glad that their employees safety came first. They asked when I could take delivery and I said any day in the next 8 days at the same 9-12 time slot, it arrived the next morning, a Sunday at 10 and I was so happy! The deliver team called ahead and handle my new sofa very carefully, they put it where I needed it in the room, wished me a Happy New Year and took all packaging out. I made an order through Costco.com and they use XPO as the delivery company. The appliance delivery was on time! You probably thinking why I gave a 1 start then. Well I would give a negative star if possible. As part of the delivery I was suppose to get a call from a license installer from XPO within 2 days to get my gas dryer installed. It has been over a week and I still can't get anyone to give me an estimate for when someone will call to schedule one. I've called both Costco and XPO customer service several times now and was lied to repeatedly. The call would go as, I will call the company and contact you back within a specific time. Well after several conversation throughout the week, I got exactly zero call backs from anyone. I understand this is a busy season and it will take a while to get things done but don't promise something if you are not going to do it. As a customer, nothing more frustrating than being lied to so I will get off the phone especially being in the waiting queue for a hours. read more
