Amazingly easy to schedule, right on time, did everything requested, and did it all for a very reasonable price.

The reason I'm giving them two stars is because my stuff mostly ended up in my new place minus one item that was broken during the move. There were a few things that were not great about this move and collectively makes me not recommend them. 1) They were an hour late and didn't call. I had to call them to see if they were still coming. 2) They brought to small of a truck and seem to think that I had too much stuff for a one bedroom. We had to take two trips and they try to charge me for the exccess time on the highway plus their members breaks. When I brought it up the mover said "oh yeah I forgot." I heard this quite a lot later. 3) I was quoted 3 to 5 hours in email for my job. They tried to charge me for 9, including the above. When I brought up that I was quoted 3-5 hours they told me they would have never quoted me that even though it was provided to me in writing. I told them how much furniture and clothing I had when I called to quote so it shouldn't have been a surprise for this or the truck size. 4) My bathroom cabinet was broken in the move. I didn't love it so I wasn't sad about it. The mover said that I would get reimbursed for this. He, again, forgot when I initially got the total at the end of the move and I had to remind them a couple times to ensure I got reimbursed. I did eventually get reimbursed for it. 5) I asked the movers, as I was leaving my apartment, to meet them at the house if they wanted me to stay until they had packed everything up. They said no, that I could go ahead and they would meet me down at my house. When I came back to the apartment later that night they actually left a headboard and footboard in the hallway that didn't make it on the truck. Again he said he "forgot" the item in the hallway. When I called the next day they did send the same movers out to pick it up and were going to coordinate with me to drop it off later that day. No one ever called and I had to call them the coordinate for delivery the following day. If this place could get it together it could be decent but for now I wouldn't recommend them. read more

I truly hate to leave a review like this, especially for a family-owned company, however, I did not receive a satisfactory response from the owners. Disclaimer: this is not a review regarding their services. My experience with them was through a bad encounter with two of their drivers on the highway. However, the lack of accountability I got from the owners regarding this incident might reflect how they regard other people in general. I was riding with my family (including two children under 3 years old in their carseats) to a cremation service for my father on March 27, 2018. My mom was driving normally, merging from one highway into another, when all of a sudden the JJ Global Solutions box truck came up close behind our car, passed us on the right, and then merged closely in front of us and squeezed my mom's car onto the shoulder of the highway, all while going around 55 miles an hour. My mom had to slow down quickly in order to avoid collision and veer to the left shoulder bank. We were wondering about this reckless driver and further down the highway, when we came level with their box truck, we could see the two drivers looking over at our car, laughing at us, and pulling at their eye with their finger as if to mock us. I immediately wrote down their license and reported the incident to the police, citing a reckless (more like malicious) driver. Later, I wrote to the company and informed them of this incident. I received a prompt response from the owner, saying he would look into this incident, even though he has never had complaints about these drivers in the past. I asked for a follow-up. The next day, he reported that he took the time to meet with these drivers and he emphasized that although they never had issues with them before, they would now be on probation. I was appreciative that the owner replied to my email and followed up with a response. However, when I asked him to provide the names of the drivers, and to explain to me how they recounted the incident on the highway and what kind of explanation they gave for the behavior, as well as some further reassurance of them actually being on probation (otherwise, I would just be taking his word for it), I was met with silence. I sent another email a week or two later saying I was still waiting for a reply, and still no response. I can only conclude that he sent the first two emails in an attempt to placate me and that the owner, Juan Silione, has not actually held the drivers accountable for their actions. In fact, I have no way of knowing if indeed HE was one of the drivers in that truck that day. For that reason, I am leaving this review because in all fairness, I have waited over a month for a satisfactory response from the owners regarding this malicious act on the road that endangered the safety of my family, and have not received any reply to my last two emails. I do not know if we were targeted because of some racist motivations or if they were just entertaining themselves at the expense of others on the road, but this behavior is unacceptable and I would urge all potential customers to consider this interaction before contracting their services. read more

I had no idea service like this existed! I was driving on 494 and saw a truck that had JJ Global Solutions on the side so I thought I would look them up and see what they did and I'm so glad I did! A reviewer said she had purchased something at Costco and JJs delivered it to her home, which is exactly what I needed! I had been looking at a bathroom vanity for over a year, but had no idea how I could get it home. JJs picked it up at Costco and STORED it for me until the contractor was ready for it, then they delivered it and carried up 16 stairs to my loft townhome! It never occurred to me to ask Costco if they delivered or knew anyone who did - duh. Pablo was incredibly nice and professional and they took the old vanity away for me! Hired them for moving a sectional bought at Costco in Burnsville. They brought it 50 minutes away to my house within 24 hours of the call. Also took my old sofa and armchair. Prompt, courteous, and fast. The whole service was under $200. What a deal, I'll be using the Eden Prairie team again. read more
