Rave for Daniel at Tracy Xfinity store. He is friendly, efficient and really knowledgeable. Excellent customer service!

I came in to sign up for Xfinity Mobile for my new phone on a Wednesday afternoon. I received great service from a super sweet and patient representative. Her name is Joanne. She has what I'd call an exemplary customer service. I would definitely come back to future business here. Hopefully, she'll be working the day I come in. Thank you, Joanne for your help. :) read more

I hate this place. They are rude and they take FOREVER to help you. I came to return the equipment. I checked in and the man I don't know his name just called another person who checked in after me. What's the point of checking in then? read more

I had a great experience, would definitely refer to any family or friends thinking about changing their service. Yamilet was very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and we left with Internet, T.V and Security at an amazing price. For our family of 5 it's very important to know that we are getting a great deal for our money. Go see Yamilet she will hook you up. read more

Lying and deceiving. Called customer service saying we wanted to switch the acct from my name to my roommates name, customer service said to head on in and they'd take care of it. Go there, lady (Joanne I think) says no we have to cancel it, asks us no further questions, here's the cancellation fee, bam. I said whatever I need to do that fine, makes my roommate his acct, I cancel, done. Online I saw that you CAN change the name. So I call again to customer service they say I don't know why she cancelled you can change go inside and tell them. I go in, her and the manager say no, say that we weren't married we can't, I said why didn't she ask if we were married? She assumed we weren't? And she said that "it would be difficult if we weren't married because social would have to change" and blah blah whatever. Yet said it actually wasn't possible at all. Called AGAIN customer service they credited me in less than 10 min, sent this store a coaching opportunity, and let me be. STOP TRYING TO COVER UP BS TO HAVE A SALE. read more

I don't work for Comcast and am also upset about them dropping our Bay Area channels. I live in Mountain House. We do still have KPIX channel 98 that is in SF which is a CBS channel. I also heard that Comcast has no say but is a network thing. The networks control what area they're in. In the case of KTVU, that's a FOX issue. I miss KTVU a lot since I do 99% of my business in the Bay Area. read more

A friend of mine dropped her overprice voice over IP Comcast Phone service and bought a Basic Talk Phone Service from Walmart. When the day came to port her phone number over to the other service, Comcast completely cut her internet connection off. Now she also lives in an area with poor cellular service so imagine trying to fix your computer internet connection in the house when you have to stand outside to get cellular service. A trip to Comcast was only good for a reassurance that porting over her phone should not have interrupted her internet. Then it was back to customer support over the phone for several trips around the merry go round of modem resetting before they finally agreed to send out a service man. Now I am betting some idiot that cut off her internet will fix the issue overnight and possibly the service call will not be required, but we shall see. As I have said before, the bigger the company the more screwed up they become.. read more

After all the promises on a recorded line and after I sign a new member up for Comcast Comcast they stabs me in the back karma will prevail these new TV programs coming out like Apple are going to take them over. The worst customer service I have ever seen you can't even call Comcast and get somebody in America read more

Worst customer service from an internet provider. I have never had my bills be consistent /same I cannot even be helped about that I have to call instead they say (as if they were separate entities) So the store is pretty much useless it just serves for statement copies and picking up your equipment going to direct tv. read more

I really wish we could give negative stars... I have really had it with Comcast customer service! Talked to a representative yesterday, was promised a call back from a supervisor, one day later and still no call back. I guess customers are not important to them. Called them again today, asked to speak to a supervisor, went thru 3 different departments and then was connected to a supervisor in the Philippines. I guess they also do not value having employees in the U.S. but think it is worth it to save some money and outsource. When I first spoke to Comcast about my internet issues, I was told there was a newer modem available, when the technician arrived, we should have them install that. The technician arrives the next day and says that there is no new modem. While speaking to a supervisor today, I was told again that there is a new modem and she will ship it to me. Why is there never any consistency? So, as I sit here on hold still with Comcast, 85 minutes later, I can only advise people to stay as far away from Comcast until they can improve their customer service skills. If they care about their business, they will do something about it. I hear AT&T has great internet technology available and I have always had much better customer service with them in the past. read more

Well, I have read the reviews with their severe criticism and have decided I must give a review. My bill with Comcast jumped $40 in one month. As a retiree that is substantial. I called Comcast and was basically told I would have to cancel my TV and even then it would be $177 for internet and phone. This was less than stellar service. I took my boxes and went to the store. I was called up in a proper time. There were many customers, but each were taken care of with a few minutes wait time. No worse than standing in line at a grocery store. I worked with Sylvia and Donnell. What absolute gems. They worked with my account, cleared up some obvious issues, and helped me to lower my bill. The billing and the cable service is not something they have much control over, but the customer service is what they do have control over. Their service was outstanding, friendly, and professional. Obviously they are limited by the corporate offices as to what can be done, but they work extremely hard to help their customers. I found them pleasant, delightful to work with, and willing to help. Please, remember it is not the people at the store that control what is happening to your account or reception. I found my experience was outstanding, and would recommend going to the store before using the phone. Thank you for the wonderful treatment I received. read more

This is the worst internet ever, cable channels go out frequently too, the price is ridiculously high for such poor reception! I am told it's because I have stucco walls, funny the free Mac Donald's internet 3 blocks away seems to make through my house walls. The internet is very slow, goes off and on, wireless is a joke the only semi consistent service I have is if I am plugged directly in, I have a much more reliable internet service over my phone with verizon, too bad I can't use my phone to work on files! I moved 10 blocks about 6 years ago and my service has been terrible ever since. I'm looking into other options. read more

this store is the sole reason im still a customer . the companies customer service number is a huge joke and the fact that they want you to trust them with cell and home security services is hilarious sorry but when you eliminate TRUST from the equation further business just isn't going to happen . every time you call you talk to someone knew who doesn't know anything about what the previous person said there warning about being recorded is apparently a joke and they ignore notes that are in the system if its not convenient to notice them . as much of a pain as it is to get in the car and drive 45 minutes at the store someone apparently went to customer service school . im rating the store a 5 because I know rating them a 1 would kill the store and not xfinity or the 800 customer service people they would get a 1 because you cant score lower . read more
