I don't do reviews often but because our experience was so positive we wanted to make sure that anyone considering any home electronic/home theater man cave upgrades consider James and his team at Garrett Integrated Systems. Honestly, James was one of the most professional and polite contractor's that we have ever had in our home. The fact that the work he and his team did was flawless, on time and on budget seem like a side note. We do love our new system but if you don't want to worry about your next project, call James!

Ours was a fairly large project that we agreed to do in phases. He quoted us a price on the final phase of the work before Thanksgiving, then we got moved out due to scheduling conflicts and the holidays. To date, we have spent thousands of dollars in his labor and all the parts we needed - yet we have only two of 34 speakers functioning in our home (and they are in the basement). TODAY, he calls us and tells us that his rates to finish the work have now almost doubled...if honoring one's commitment, quality and integrity are important to you, please think twice before proceeding.

Knowing how they've operated since 1997, these clowns are not to be trusted. Their early…read moresolicitations via the telemarketing sector all those decades ago raised red flags to me, having experience in the home security field. They would target seniors from call lists and utilize false incentives to encourage them to open their doors to their "on site representatives" the going deal when i was doing business with them was a 3 day "mini vacation " to Vegas, of which little to no detail was given as to what this actually was. Multiple anecdotal reports from former employees came to light via a few local guides abd it was stated that these were considered "awesome workers" and showered with praise until people started getting wise to their BS and their quotas weren't being met, at which point they were verbally humiliated by the owner and coerced to sign a false statement (presumably so they couldnt get unemployment) before they could be paid. Some time later, these sources revealed this "mini vacation " to be a coupon for some roach Motel off the interstate near to Vegas. On top of that, the script pretty much made their presence to be one that was "working with Law enforcement and the community " and that these "appointments " were made to appear mandatory, as official city business, tricking the elderly and more trusting individuals to be pressured into signing on with them. My advice, before dealing with them, ask around, read reviews, and remember- companies like ADT have been the leaders in this industry for a reason, their gear works and they're known nation wide.

Then, they had the audacity to say things did not work because the intruders cut the power off the building. Our system DID include back up batteries for precisely this sort of event. This was done based on their recommendation. The intruders broke a window. No alarm. Reached inside the store and tried to pull one of our electric bikes through the window. Bikes are attached to each other with a metal cable. What they did caused some ten bikes to tumble. No alarm. Our system is supposed to have motion and glass breakage detection. Nothing happened. Someone called it in the next day. Global refuses to take any responsibility. We are now with ADT. That's what we should have done from the beginning. We were sold a bag of goods. Never again.

From beginning to end, Gregg came out and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He walked the property with me, made thoughtful suggestions about optimal camera placement, and clearly knows his craft. His guidance made a big difference in getting the best setup. The entire process was seamless--paperwork and sign-up were easy, payment was simple, and everything was handled in a very professional and organized way. Installation day was just as impressive. The team was prompt, respectful, and extremely skilled. Their workmanship is clean and precise--no messy wires, everything looks polished and intentional. They even cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout was excellent. They were responsive, clear, and kept me informed every step of the way. You can tell they're very experienced, but also genuinely kind and unbelievably thoughtful in how they work with their clients. If you're considering wired cameras or a doorbell system, I highly recommend them. This is exactly the kind of professional, high-quality service you hope for.

He gave me the sense that he understood the project and provided a quote which was in my budget. On installation day he and his crew showed up on time and spent the entire day on the installation. The project presented many challenges that were met and completed. I will use Mojo AV for any additional work.

Updated Review: I'm…read moreokay giving them three stars because I know the service is good for coverage and speed because I was on Visible before which is under the same network. Now I'll have higher priority on post-paid so I won't bog down in speed so much which is good. I spent a while getting my number ported in but the eSIM stopped working so I had to come into their store and get a new one. They did that quickly which I appreciated. 2 stars off overall though because not having any cell service and having to spend hours on the phone getting setup isn't a good new customer experience. There's definitely a learning experience for Verizon in all that took place and I hope they improve knowing what took place and provide a better experience to future customers. Original Review: I've worked in customer service for years in the past with patients and the general public. I want to make it clear that I'm a calm and professional individual. But getting my service setup with Verizon has been the most aggravating and frustrating experience of my entire 31 years of life. Their call centers remain closed until the late morning hours so you can't do a number port. When they are open and you've made it clear you want to port in a phone number and have them repeat back what you want to verify they understand you are stuck in the phone with them for literally hours trying to make that work to just end up getting a message telling you they're now closed and to call back once they're open. This is completely ridiculous and someone needs to be held accountable for providing such an extremely poor experience for a new customer. There is no way at all that a Verizon executive who would read this review and have the facts pulled would believe this is the experience that makes the business look good. This cannot be their vision for Verizon. So please pass along the feedback that something is incredibly wrong with the phone number porting process from Visible to Verizon Post-Paid.

Changing phone carriers is never something many look forward to - let alone, cross their mind…read more However, when rumors were leaked that T-Mobile would be moving legacy plans to their newer plans, this immediately became something I constantly thought about as I couldn't afford to pay double the price. One of the first stops I made was the Verizon store at Gresham Station. Andrew immediately greeted me and let me explain the situation while understanding that I was only in the research phase and would not be signing/transferring anything until the news was confirmed the following week. This didn't phase Andrew at all - in fact, he continued to work with me to find a plan that suited my needs without using any sales tactics. When we finally aligned on a plan that matched, Andrew handed me his business card and said that I could text him with any questions. Little did he know, I would be taking him up on his offer and asking him questions every other day for the next two weeks. During those two weeks, I went to AT&T and sadly admit, other Verizon branches to see if the offers varied and out of all of these experiences, none of them compared to Andrew's. The level of care, and willingness to work with me and remember the facts is what made me return to officially become a Verizon customer! Even after signing the contract and needing to wait to port the number over because of my complex situation, Andrew still worked with me instead of telling me to call customer service. His level of dedication to serve the needs of the consumers is why I am happy to have become a Verizon customer and will not be switching phone carriers anytime soon.
