Xfinity will do anything to make you use their router and up charge you. Even if it means illegal and fraudulent activities, I stopped in this location and they did not even care about the actions of Xfinity. My router was not working and the technician told me it was broken and would never work. He then proceeded to set up the Xfinity router ($15 a month while mine is free) and after setting it up I told him I would not want to use it because my router worked perfectly last year with this company. And so after he leaves and he's on the phone with Xfinity my router starts working after he promised me it was broken. Which tells me Xfinity forces you to use their router so you pay more, but once I said no he finally sent the proper signal to my router. read more

If you have ever had the pleasure of dealing with Alex at this location, then consider yourself incredibility and remarkably lucky! He no longer works at this location... and now the staff at this location is unbelievably nasty, rude, obnoxious and distasteful. I was not subtle in telling them to F*&^ Off more than once since I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE NASTY ATTITUDE FROM OF ALL PERSONS....THE STORE MANAGER!!!!! A million stars for Alex, so helpful too all of your needs, an absolute ZERO for the store, they don't want or need you're business or give a s*$! about the person coming in the front door buy a package! Is it funny or sad that they don't know that we are the ones keeping them employed? DMFIDIOTS! Fu%$S! read more

Had a great shopping experience here. Came in on a Monday night to purchase xFi coverage extender pods. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The representative walked me through the installation process for pods and explained all my options. Would definitely recommend this location. read more

Came into the store to upgrade our services. Was pleased with the customer service right off the bat! Was told there was a person ahead of us and they'd get with us ASAP! It was very fast service, got everything we wanted and the sales associate was very thorough with the details! Thanks read more

In my 61 years on this planet, I have never experienced such incompetence and unwillingness to help, store wide, top down. All I needed was to swap out a non functioning DVR. From previous DVR swaps in the Boulder store that only took a few minutes, I knew what to expect with the process. I've held service positions for most of my working life, and my experience at the Longmont, CO store was appalling. The woman who I ended up with had no clue what she was doing. I spent over 45 minutes at her desk while she was scrolling around on the screen. She said it was "a new system and I can't find anything." She handed me a flier of all available channels and told me I needed to go through each one and pick what channels we wanted. I said the same channels that we have now. She insisted I needed to pick them all out individually and she would enter them as I picked. I asked the manager who was right behind me at another desk and other store employees to help her help me. They could not have been more dismissive. She too even eventually asked them for help and they did not help her. When the other staff finished with their customers, they went to get the next customer instead of helping us. I left, came home, and made an appointment over the phone with Comcast and now have to wait 4 days for a tech to come to the house for help. Really sad. So frustrating. Ironically, they have a big sign at their empty front desk that states their 2018 goal is to provide the best customer experience. They've got a long, long way to go. I'm not hopeful. read more

Xfinity Store by Comcast - Internet Service Providers Near Me - Arvada, Colorado

I had the same problem as Steven S. Dropping off equipment, need a 2 minute receipt, and had to wait 30 minutes and STILL didn't get help. Amy is the manager that wouldn't let me drop off my gear. So I sat on the office and called Comcast support to report I was dropping my stuff off. The phone rep got me all fixed up and didn't know why the location was making me wait for so long. So I dropped the equipment near the front and took pictures of the Serial Number and all relevant information. I was so angry and let the floor reps know about it. Don't go to this location, shitty customer support and shitty employees. Just go to UPS instead. read more

I came in to drop off my old equipment and had to wait for 30 minutes while various employees were occupied with tasks not focused on customers. Very frustrating experience read more

We are long-term Comcast customers and have fully integrated into the Xfinity brand. We had the best experience with Alex Nelson at the Xfinity Arvada store. We recently upgraded four boxes in the house. We had older equipment and we had complex technical adjustments and upgrades to align to full digital and Xfinity quality. We had several different types of TV's and special technical enhancements we wanted. My husband is a DBA and also wanted to set up a server room. I wanted to congratulate the Xfinity team that hired Alex Nelson. We have worked with him several times at the store and have found him to be extremely technical, knowledgeable beyond his role, and the is an advanced 'Techie', he had knowledge understanding, solutions, and complete integration excellence. I have never seen anything like him in this field of technology. I couldn't believe the troubleshooting we did and the solutions we came up with while working with Alex. He was also very pleasant and easy to talk with. Congratulations Xfinity for hiring Alex he is a breath of fresh air and I've never been so satisfied to!!! There definitely needs to be more Alex's at the Xfinity stores. What a difference in the stores and the new brand. It was also a beautiful store, and so very welcoming. read more

Seemingly unable to coordinate installation of internet. After the 4th technician failed (each one repeating the same steps because they had no record of the previous visit), I've chosen to give up. Oh well. read more

Comcast is the worst. You will call over and over trying to get your money after you cancel and they keep charging you and giving you excuses. Get net flux or Hulu or something else. Save your self the huge headache read more

monopoly who cant even afford staff.... no customer service phone line... was skipped over in my "wait line" told i was next and they called someone after me. then the blonde sally or sherry or whatever had attitude the minute i sat down. told me none of the problems that they have were her fault or her managers fault. and when i said she was a representative of the company and yes she is responsible to fix my problem she asked me to leave. I cussed her out and left. multi billion dollar company cannot fix simple issue. Ive been paying for service and not receiving it but its no ones fault at the company. sickening. sad day for capitalism read more

Xfinity is a horrible company! I went to this location to discuss my bill after being lied to by the sale rep on the telephone while extending my contract. Trying to get customer service via a chat or on the telephone is an agonizing experience and they lie to you just to end the phone call. The employees at this location said they couldn't discuss my bill, instead I'd need to call or chat customer service. They don't have the guts to lie to your face so they refer you to the call center and they're happy to lie to you. Can't wait to cut the cord!! read more

Went in today when we had trouble setting up our internet by ourselves. Dale was super helpful and even upgraded our plan (we had internet and got internet and cable for the price we would've paid anyways). He talked us through everything we needed to know as first time xfinity users (we are college students so getting our own internet plan was new). We were helped as soon as we walked through the door and it was overall a great experience. read more

Most of the time Xfinity is great, this is not one of those times. I was unfortunately signed up for a plan(through the chat support not at this store!) with xfinity mobile that was supposed to save me money, but it has only ended up costing me more money. After months of this snowballing with chat support i finally had to stop in. When i arrived the environment was very relaxed and professional, and i was promptly helped by Jared. Once Jared figured out my issues he called further up the ladder with xfinity to resolve these issues. Once they told him there wasn't a lot that could be done he promptly got the assistant manager wade. After talking with Wade and Jared for several minutes they escalated the severity of my issue and were extremely kind in doing so. I walked in to the store expecting poor treatment like what xfinity gives through chat/call support, and i got the exact opposite! Only courtesy and kindness. read more

Getting service here is WAY better than calling on the phone. They also have kiosks for easy pay if needed.

Walked in to drop off my cable box and modem and I was taken care of almost immediately with the store completely full. Horace was able to take care of me efficiently and the process was pain free. In and out in under ten minutes. read more

Brittany was incredible at helping me port a number from a difficult carrier. She was very patient and supportive and took lots of time to get the job done right. A boy that tried to help another time was not nearly as helpful. Ask to see Brittany and your problems are solved. read more

Stopped in today to look at possible changes in our service to lower our monthly billing. Ruben Guillen was extremely helpful with getting us a package of services that meet our needs for less per month along with introducing us to even more savings on our monthly cell bill after switching from verizon to xfinity mobile. A far better experience than trying to figure this all out on our own online! read more

Time for renewal of a "legacy plan," I dreaded potential sticker shock of a new contract, particularly since I have old electronics. When I walked in the door, I was met by Willem, after a very short wait, I was introduced to Horace Hollinshed, Sales & Service Consultant. Horace listened to my needs and concerns (budget), and worked his magic on the keyboard. Thank you Horace ! Shout out!! Great customer service (Horace, Willem, and Jordan-Assistant Store Manager) at the Comcast Store located 5220 Wadsworth Blvd. Suite B in Arvada, I would highly recommend, making the drive and connecting with these people. read more

Fucking awful. Do not go here. Or go through Comcast. They are an awful service provider from their customer care to the continuous change in their bills. To get everything figured out I went to make a payment with them and my husband and I were the 3rd couple in the store. They took our name and we sat down. But because they are too stupid to read a fucking list it got really busy after 30 minutes and even busier after an hour. So after the guy who was sitting next to us got up when he came in about 45 minutes after us we got up and walked out and we got hekled for that as well. Like, what's your name? Were you even put on a list? But I was about done. So I called on the way and canceled. Turned in the box, and then got my last billing statement that was due on the 28th of April and they fucking sent me to collections today on the 15th for no reason. This corporation is literally bullshit & their business practices are absolutely disgusting. If I could give '0' stars, I would. read more

Worst customer service. Sent me free movies and I had to go in several times to get them to honor. Manager can't do simple math to show it isn't credited to my account. Called back finally got someone intelligent to stop that billing. Comcast sucks! read more

A couple of weeks ago I went to the store to turn in some unused equipment. They showed me new products for no additional cost and how to install them. I loved it and especially the quality personnel read more
