BE AWARE! When I walked in for new devices I was quoted 450/500 for two downgrades and that was BEFORE activation fees and taxes the lady in the wheel chair and the gentleman behind the counter were "playing with the numbers" and I said never mind, went to a different T-Mobile walked out with two devices for 139.99 down. So why did this T-Mobile charge me this much? p swapping our phones putting the wrong number on the wrong colored phone. To this day I get calls asking for my mom. Or messages FROM THE COMPANY ITSELF for our monthly payment on my phone. Even after consulting guest services with the issue. Months later my mom calls to put insurance on my phone, as the kid. She wanted me to have insurance, i am more likely to have an incident. Couple years later my iphone breaks, thinking i have insurance i go in to get a replacement. To find out they put insurance on the wrong phone, well because they still had the lines mixed up. Now i have to pay off my old phone, put a down payment on a new phone. And they won't even let me trade in the old phone because it can not be turned off, because it is broken. And then, cherry on the cake here. They give me a defective device, and it takes weeks of going in telling them it isn't working, for them to finally replace it. Stopped by this T-Mobile store at 5455-A Wadsworth Bypass looking to add my grandson's phone onto our plan and was greeted by stellar customer service representative Rudy as we walked through the door. Like poetry in motion Rudy quickly assessed our situation and after verifying my account, gave us the information needed to get the phone identified as needing to be unlocked from another carrier. While in the store I spied a plantronics Bluetooth that was the perfect accessory for my iPhone. Rudy hooked me up with a discount and placed purchase on my account interest free! EDIT: My 100+ star rating and review of Jacob D ABSOLUTELY still stands!! However... I cannot in good conscience, not take three stars away from the store due to the incredibly nasty horrible clearly hates her life and takes it out on your customers lump of lunacy that I am unable to name, so as not to sully someone else's name. Now, I'm not 100% sure what her name is as the nasty creature absolutely refused to give me her name prior to her hanging up on me for asking for it because she was just being so incredibly rude and nasty for absolutely no reason when nobody called to talk to her at all anyway. However, it's not that hard to figure out when she's the only female I've ever seen there, so yeah but I believe Chris from the corporate headquarters in Washington, will be calling to discuss that with Jake, the manager in the store and hopefully give Jacob D some praise so that's out of my hands. But let's not forget that I still come to that store so I'd love to see you be as nasty as you are on the phone when you can hang up to me in person Sweetheart it won't bode as well for you. Trust. If for some horrible reason, I got her name wrong and were to implicate a girl & it's not that nasty troll, I would feel horrible. I have called 18 times I was told on three occasions I would receive a credit for the balance, now the store manager of THIS location has told me that unless I recorded the employee telling me that it would be free they will keep my money. Great service with the sync drive. Had some issues with it and we figured out what was going on after an hour. My shit works so I'm happy.

Manager and salesperson were both very service-oriented, technically skilled, and good communicators.

Salesperson lies about payments made, lies when selling you a phone that he guarantees will get good covereage; overcharging the price of the phone by 200%, which I didn;t find out until I got home. Once you walk out with it, you own it! Store employees argue and try to refuse refunds when you are allowed them. Was speaking to a cust svc rep about my bill when this rude lady customer butted in wanting to know why she had to wait so long and demanded immediate service. Rather than have her wait, like the other people were, they told me to sit back down and wait while they took care of her. TMobile in general is the most horrid phone service out there. If there was ever a class action lawsuit, I would jump on the band wagon without hesitation. read more

Don't even bother with this place. Liars. I've had t-mobile for at least 4 years without a problem until the dudes at this store. I walked in at 8/23 to purchase a phone that i found at best buy for half the price, they guy asked why i was buying it elsewhere like he could have helped but didn't offer a price match or anything. He simply stated that if we leave, go get the exact phone elsewhere, come all the way back that he could then help me. Seemed like a poor attempt to keep a sale, but i'm not quick to judge. The new phone I was about to purchase requires a slightly smaller sim card than my current one so all i need is my info transferred. the guys in the store said they could do that in approx 10 mins. I came back today after purchasing the phone at best buy. the sign on the front of the store which is right next to the entrance states the store closes at 6. I arrive at 5:15pm and everything is shut down. I thought maybe if i knock they could squeeze my sim card transfer in. When i knocked someone looked around the corner, then came out to the store floor and pretended to ignore me. it was obnoxious. i kept knocking and finally another guy from the back had to come out and shew me away because they "were closed". HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO GET ANY BUSINESS WHEN YOUR CLOSED DURING YOUR OPEN HOURS??? This location is a terrible example of the t-mobile company as a whole and a flaw I hope they soon rid us of.
