I had two completely different experiences at this Verizon store on two consecutive days…read more On July 21, 2026, I came in to replace my phone. The employee who helped me that evening was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, friendly, patient, and took the time to help me set up my new phone. Before I left, he even told me that if I needed any more help, I could come back the next day. That level of customer service was truly appreciated. So I returned on July 22, 2026. The employee who had helped me the day before was busy assisting another customer, so a different employee--a taller man with a beard--came to help me instead. Unfortunately, the experience couldn't have been more different. From the beginning, he seemed like he didn't want to help. He wasn't welcoming or friendly, gave very short answers, and repeatedly looked at his watch while I was trying to explain my issue, even though it was only around 3:00 p.m. and nowhere near closing time. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that I didn't even want to ask any more questions. Most disappointing of all, he didn't solve my problem or offer any alternative solutions. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported, and he could clearly tell I was upset. I want to be clear that this review is not about the entire staff. The employee who helped me on July 21 was outstanding and represents the kind of customer service customers hope to receive. Unfortunately, the employee with the beard gave the exact opposite experience. He came across as uninterested, unhelpful, and unwilling to put in the effort to assist a customer. I hope management recognizes the difference between these two experiences. Great employees deserve recognition, and employees who consistently make customers feel like they're a burden should be coached to provide better customer service.

While we weren't able to do anything that day due to the power being out, we specifically came back when we knew Nick was working because he left that great of an impression. He made our experience smooth and honestly enjoyable. Thank you again Nick!! Based on apple's policy for anywhere that fixes a phone it needs to be up to their standards. This means they cannot close a phone without fixing everything within it until it is at a tradable condition. Within my phone the heat sensors were broken and once the new glass was on the phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on, directly caused by the repair. They did not follow apple's standards policy and because of that now no where can fix the phone and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. Once confronted with this the people were very rude and refused to do anything about. Which both T-Mobile and Apple individually said they are at fault and need to fix it or give a replacement device. Which they refuse to do. They refuse to follow the products company's policy hurting customers, and putting them in a limbo where no where can fix the product.

About 9 months later, my truck started having issues starting so I brought it in to the same Batteries Plus location to test the battery. They hooked their meter up and said the battery tested fine, even though I had to jumpstart my truck almost every day. This went on for about 3 months and went back a second time only to be told the same thing. I was so frustrated, I decided to purchase a new battery from Toy Automotive. (best Toyota shop in Denver!) I told their service rep what was going on and he suggested I take my truck back a 3rd time but this time , make sure the battery has drained that my truck won't start before they test it, otherwise the readings will show voltage which does not qualify for their replacement warranty. The third time I went to this Batteries Plus location, I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes until the battery discharged enough that the truck wouldn't start and it still took me some convincing to get the attendant to replace the battery. He stated X2 only replaces batteries if they completely fail. Funny thing is just over a month later the replacement battery works perfectly and I have not had a single issue starting my truck! I highly cautioned anyone about buying an X2 battery due to their horrible warranty exchange process.

I got my iPhone screen fixed here about a month or so ago. It was fine and they fixed it quickly…read morebut I noticed there was a tiny black dot on my screen after. Of course I didn't noticed it until I was in bed that night and I live too far away to bother making the trip back just to address the black dot. I thought I'd just live with it. I bought one of their pretty wood cases for my phone while I was there. The point of buying the case was to avoid breaking my screen again... ...Which brings me to yesterday. While in line to pay at a store I accidentally let my phone slip through my hand and it fell to the floor instead of my pocket, it's intended destination. Although it landed flat on its back, with a case on, I could see immediately that the screen was shattered. (Again. Just lovely,) But when I picked up the phone and saw that the fall actually broke the case too. So not only did the crappy case not protect my phone, it also didn't even survive. What's even the point? And now this morning. Seeing as how I can't really afford another replacement screen, and I wasn't left all that impressed by my first experience, I was just going to have a broken screen for awhile. But this morning, my stupid alarm went off and for the first time ever my phone vibrated itself off the edge of my bed. (I have a platform bed with a little bit of a lip where I usually set my phone to charge overnight. It's about 16 inches from the floor.) Welp. Now the screen is completely f#cked and unusable. I can't see the time or notifications. I certainly can't make calls out and I doubt very much I can receive calls because how can I answer my phone? In the end a new screen was okay except the Tiny Black Dot which was mildly distracting. But the case? Waste of money. Just absolutely worthless. Edit: I called the place before I got their message contacting me here. They did a great job of working with me to negotiate a price to fix my phone again. I bought a new case elsewhere that has a higher protective rating so I shouldn't have to fix it again. This new screen does not have the little black dot, it looks perfect. And they gave me a free screen protector too.
