Also the receiver and guide is much faster than DTV. Great business plan DTV.

I'm giving them until noon tomorrow before I call back. I worked customer service for decades. This kind of pushback is appalling to any company I've ever worked for.

Good customer service, awful product I went from Comcast to FIOS, then had to go back to Comcast when I moved. It pained me. Comcast service is spotty, Internet is frequently down, HD channels are often filled with static, home phone sometimes doesn't ring, the DVR interface is horrible. Hard to believe that these guys can stay competitive with FIOS or even DirecTV. Although I will say that Comcast has good, responsive customer service. read more

However, by the next week I had a scheduled appointment which was sooner than I expected with having to go through home warranty red-tape. The technician that came out was very polite, and did a very professional job removing the old equipment and installing the new. He also left the area clean after he was done. Another big plus was the courteousness of the office administrator that was interfacing me via phone to set the appointments. I probably took up way too much of her time asking questions on how the home warranty process worked, but she was more than happy to help answer any questions I had. Overall great experience with this company's service, and I will definitely keep them in mind for any future repairs.
