She guided us in choosing the right phones and the perfect plan, and we were impressed by her knowledge and expertise. We were also impressed by how well Maurisa and the manager, Shuqeria, worked together as a team to make everything happen for us. Even though we came in late and stayed after hours, they never rushed us and made sure we received the best service possible. By the time we left, we had exactly the phones and plans we needed. This is definitely a great team, and we highly recommend the T-Mobile next to Kroger at 84 Westlake Road in Hardy, VA.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE - NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!…read more I called to report the management of this store to the Verizon Corporate office because employees of the store appear to be taking advantage of customers by providing misinformation. For example, I contacted the store yesterday on behalf of my brother who is eligible for Verizon's 55 plus senior phone plans, which offer unlimited data and text at a lower rate. The manager stated that my brother was not eligible because the 55+ plans are only available in Florida, which is untrue. https://www.verizon.com/plans/55plus/
