They were informed in late October, found the phone and sent it to the right place in November, and here it is the end of January and still no refund of the $555. When either I or my son call, they are rude and dismissive, saying "we'll call you when we have something to share with you." No customer service skills whatsoever and when I've asked for the contact information of the manager over the store, they tell me they can't give it out.
