This place is a joke. No respect . They lie about service. Disrespect are Vets. Prices are outrageous. Customer service is a joke.

I can not say enough good things about this store! I live in…read morea different state but my Mom is on my Verizon plan and lives in Lafayette. She is a spry 80+ years old. Any time she has an issue with her Apple phone she simply walks in and they show her what she needs to know, or simply fixes whatever she "accidentally clicked". These employees are SO nice and they never rush or talk down to her. It's hard to find customer service like this. Whoever is managing this store, kudos to you and your team! Keep up the good work!!

Honestly, I am so lost on how this is even a corporate store. I can't understand how a corporate…read morestore can make such big mistakes and hold zero accountability their employee process. Something that I didn't even approve that ended up costing me $400 for a one month phone bill I went in to speak to the manager (short blonde lady) about it And she basically said she couldn't do anything for me and I was out the money because It had already been taken out of my account. All because her employee made a mistake by starting a process for a trade-in device that was literally stolen and I didn't even have. there's got to be some sort of fine print of not having the customer being held accountable for your own workers mistake because he processed something I didn't approve. I ended up getting a credit on a month and half of a bill, then backdated that credit in one month a $400 phone payment came out. Again, because their employee tried to start a trade in on a device I don't even have. The West Lafayette, location and employees are 10 times more customer oriented and helpful.

What a bunch of crap I had to go through. I purchased ($9.95) the self-install kit. I could not…read moreget it to work. I was told by Support Person #1 I needed a different modem. So I went to Wally World and spent $115 on a new one. Then Supper Person #2 said I'd have to get a technician person out as still wouldn't work. I was told I would NOT have to pay for the service call. The person came and fixed my problem the next day and I got to use my old equipment. When I get the first invoice, it is for the $9.95 AND a $50 service call. They refused to take the $50 off, saying I was incorrectly told I would not have to pay for the call. Finally after whining for about half an hour a supervisor agreed to cut the costs in half (50+9.95 / 2) so I paid about $30 and should have only paid $9.95. Wally did take my purchased modem back so not out that expense but their refusal to honor what I was told infuriates me. Beware of these liars!

I had told them I wasn't interested, and they came back to my house 4 more times after that. Then…read moreyesterday there was a guy that showed up. Knocked on my door hard, then my dog went crazy so I peeked out. Ignored it because I had denied thier service 4 times then the guy came back knocking even harder on my door. I then opened the door told him I wasn't interested to that I was asked why. Again I told them I had an internet provider already and I was happy with them. Then kept getting closer to me as he was talking I shut the screen door in between us and locked it. I told him again I'm not interested have a nice day and shut the big door that time. He finally left, then today at 8:24pm after xfinity hours came back to my house and sat right outside of it by the curb for about 10minutes staring at my mom and I talking on the porch. We got the license plate number so we could report it if he came back. I tried to report it to their office but it's a robot on the phone.
