Bad attitude. As someone who's supposed to sell business he surprisingly said whatever. No wonder no one wants service there.

I don't know if I can convey how poorly this particular company operates. Their service is…read moresporatic, they appear to have purposely built their customer service system to avoid interaction with their customers and based on the speed in which they rectify outages, it is likely they have one technician working in any given area. The general model for managing customer service issues is to be routed to the app, which has an extremely limited response matrix but will eventually connect you with someone at a chat center. This persons job is to intermittently ignore the details of your issue and offer scripted questions or fixes for problems you aren't having. All the while, they are blanketing you with dispassionate apologies and generic (condescending) acknowledgements about "understanding your frustrations." The frustration comes from a lack of transparency. after jumping through a considerable number of hoops to speak to a real person, I am connected to someone halfway around the world who will read from the same troubleshooting script offered by the app chat bot or, when eventually sensing they are satisfying your request...state that they it in a ticket and that their team is working "really hard" to fix the issue. I don't actually care how hard they are working as long as what they are doing is effective. and simply being giving a good time frame for completion of repairs would alleviate 75% of my frustration. maybe spending some money to maintain infrastructure would cover the other 25%. Unfortunately, given the nature of my apartment complex, I haven't any other options for internet at this time. Which has motivated my leaving this complex, based solely on the lack of adequate internet. if you have any other option for internet...please explore those options. Any extra money will more than compensate for the frustration. If not, enjoy being jealous of people that have 1990's dial up...

I can not say enough good things about this store! I live in…read morea different state but my Mom is on my Verizon plan and lives in Lafayette. She is a spry 80+ years old. Any time she has an issue with her Apple phone she simply walks in and they show her what she needs to know, or simply fixes whatever she "accidentally clicked". These employees are SO nice and they never rush or talk down to her. It's hard to find customer service like this. Whoever is managing this store, kudos to you and your team! Keep up the good work!!

Honestly, I am so lost on how this is even a corporate store. I can't understand how a corporate…read morestore can make such big mistakes and hold zero accountability their employee process. Something that I didn't even approve that ended up costing me $400 for a one month phone bill I went in to speak to the manager (short blonde lady) about it And she basically said she couldn't do anything for me and I was out the money because It had already been taken out of my account. All because her employee made a mistake by starting a process for a trade-in device that was literally stolen and I didn't even have. there's got to be some sort of fine print of not having the customer being held accountable for your own workers mistake because he processed something I didn't approve. I ended up getting a credit on a month and half of a bill, then backdated that credit in one month a $400 phone payment came out. Again, because their employee tried to start a trade in on a device I don't even have. The West Lafayette, location and employees are 10 times more customer oriented and helpful.
