Now the tv turns on /off by itself,also sound turns off by itself, when I turn it off, it won't shut off and it won't turn on , on demand. We are not able to watch tv, and no remote is functioning properly. This is a nightmare. Chad gave his personal phone. But is not returning our calls. Very unsatisfied. You better not charge my credit card. Boo boo i should have called the geek squad. UPDATE REVIEW 7/29/17 Nothing was wrong with chad, we just had more major problems when he left and I am updating my 1 star to 5 because hellotech, reacted quickly to my request, and made good on their original service call. Customer service was prompt and respectful in a touchy situation. This speaks volumes to me about the integrity of the company. They made sure I was completely satisfied. I will use this company again, because they handled a weird situation with class and grace. Both tech were knowledgeable and polite . I am now pleased. Will recommend to anyone needing help with this crazy dumb "smart" technology. Love you guys, my tv operates better, now than it ever has.

Luckily, I use Privacy.com and preset spending limits were imposed. Over the course of 3 day, they racked up 10K in charges. The tech came to the door unmasked. Ask tech was he vaccinated, he was not and requested him to wear a mask. He should've came to the door masked. The job required network wiring and the tech couldn't fit in the attic to do the vertical runs.
