They did not replace numerous other boards that were warped. Now, not even a year after the fence was installed, the board on the edge of the gate has chipped and broken off. They do not stand behind their product or service. I do not recommend them.

First day did posts, totally fine! Second day came back to drop wood and that was the ONLY thing they did, and decided our neighbor's yards were the best place for that it would have there thru the weekend. So move to day 3 of "work" never showed!! Day 4 they did GREAT sides up only a small spot to finish and the three gates!! Day 5 did two gates with 4 guys here and left 1 gate to do‍ Day 6 finished the final gate. Now remind you they start work at 7am end at 4pm, they would start work between 9:30-10am and leave by 2:30-3 and take and hour lunch after being here an hour. I had asked for them to please respect my landscaping I have put a lot of work into my flowers, nope couldn't do that!! My husband and I both spoke with the manager numerous times did no good, was even told he would make things right for us being disappointed and not happy with the lack of work being done never heard anything back!! Paying what we did and paying in full upfront I am very disappointed in the customer service we received. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company!!

They came out the next day to assess the damage and help us get the fence propped up so she could let her dog out until they could come back. They worked her into their schedule since it was a quick repair. They communicated every step of the way and we will definitely use them again!

Finally, they came to do the work on my fence. They took the entire fence down only to have the city shut them down because they did not have a permit to construct the fence. I called the city and found out that Popular Fencing called the day before to get 'said permit' and they were denied because THEY ARE NOT LICENSED!!! They should be out of business with actions like this!!

They were told to park in the barn lot twice.  When I got home I found the trailer in the middle of my yard. Call them to get it out in the morning. Didn't happen. One of the employees showed up and parked in the middle of my yard like he owns the place. Had to go out and tell them to move. His response was nobody told us. Communication pretty much non existent. Didn't clean up the mess they left when digging holes for posts. Left rocks out there. Refuse to clean up. Told me "your rocks your problem ". Evidently they don't understand the leave it better that you found it rule. Don't waste your money here. Cheaper is definitely not better. Spend a little more and get somebody who takes pride in their work.

The last excuse he gave was that he broke up with his girlfriend, so that made him unable to get to my house. also during the course of bugging him to complete his work, one of the weekends happened to be his "birthday weekend" both Saturday and Sunday of that weekend, the weather was beautiful. He said he couldn't make it either day because he was celebrating his birthday. What a joke...... This dude does not know how to conduct business. He will take your money and then play games.
