One day, both my Mother and myself called twice, meaning 4 separate messages we left yet no call backs. I don't know if James didn't get the messages or he chose not to return our calls, but after 3 weeks we went to different law firm, Stuart & Branigin. The next week I set up an appointment with S&B and when I called BE to pick up a copy of the old will, suddenly my calls were returned and "the work paperwork has been completed". Too little, too late. Hopefully this will be a teaching moment for BE. You are NOT the only law firm in town and certainly not good with client services.
