The first tree that needed to be taken down was one hit by lightening several years ago that was dying and loosing branches. I was so impressed by their service on the first tree that I also had two other trees removed. They put down pads to prevent tearing up my yard with a crane they used to take down the trees and did a great job cleaning up. Once the ground dries up some and I can contact 811, they will be back to grind up the stumps.

My personal problem is that the tree they were cutting down had grown into my chain link fence and while they were using their chainsaw to cut the trunk, they clipped several links in my fence. Not a huge problem in and of itself, but they never fixed the fence, offered to fix it, or even said as much as an I'm sorry. That is unacceptable for any business that wants to be considered reputable!
