Most people lose a lot more than that from their deposit"). When we went and asked to see the pictures, they showed us pictures of things that weren't in the house. The owner is entirely disrespectful and a bully. He refused to even consider that the pictures were wrong until I filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and then they refunded $100 of our deposit and admitted that some of the pictures were incorrect and from a different property. However, rather than replying to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint that they refunded a portion of the deposit they retained and letting the matter drop, the owner, when responding to the BBB complaint, claimed that my husband agreed that all the pictures were correct (didn't happen) and that he called me a derogatory name, which is also absolutely untrue. If you rent from these people, take care to take pictures of the entire property right before you move in and again before you turn in the keys and, if they still gouge your deposit, file a report with the BBB since they seem to take that more seriously. Just be aware that the owner can't, apparently, be professional in his responses or differentiate between properties when he goes and takes pictures. Or, for that matter, between who people are and what they say. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use this business! Many options for wireless, cable, and security but limited brands and prices are insane. After nearly 11 years, convinced my parents to move the family plan to Cricket. That was four years ago and we are very happily saving over almost $1200 a year! Five lines of unlimited is over $200 on Verizon. Cricket offers the exact same for $125 without any extra fees, taxes, costs, Verizon-nonsense, or extra Verizon nonsense. Cricket sends us the $125 bill every month and it's exactly $125 every month. That's gold right there. But maybe you're worried about the red? You would rather pay big gold for all that red in the coverage map right? At the most, Verizon has an edge in 4G coverage but I can tell you it isn't worth an extra $75 a month! Also those coverage maps really don't tell you how it really is. I drive nearly 20,000 mi/year around the Midwest and take frequent trips further. At the risk of sounding like a Cricket employee, yes Cricket had black spots in coverage but no more than Verizon. For example, there are two Verizon black spots on State Road 26 (SR 9 in Illinois) between Lafayette and Bloomington, IL. I experienced these all my years on Verizon and now experience similar on Cricket. This has become an interesting and fun game with some of my friend still on Verizon. Also, Canada and Mexico! Cricket now offers completely free roaming in both countries. Verizon does not. The final point here is devices. Yes you can "save" on a new iPhone on Verizon compared to having to buy your own device on Cricket - those savings are quickly paid out with Verizon's higher costs. Cricket also allows just about anything while Verizon only works with Verizon approved devices. In summary: Verizon has the slight edge of more convenient physical locations, more services, and some 4G (and 5G now!!) coverage. But unless you're rich and a bull (cuz of the red get it?), Cricket makes way more sense.

Any time she has an issue with her Apple phone she simply walks in and they show her what she needs to know, or simply fixes whatever she "accidentally clicked". Fortunately, Mr. Quik could get someone out to check it out in just an hour or so. The technician was so kind and was joking with my partner the whole time as he worked on figuring out the issue. The technician, Art, was able to figure out the problem and fix it while also giving us some tips for our A/C upkeep that'll help to maintain our system and hopefully make it last a bit longer. The technician did whatever he needed to do and made his recommendations on what would need to happen which essentially he tried to sell me an entirely new unit. He left my house and I went to bed. I work first shift and when I got home from work the next day, my house was blazing hot. I tried to get in contact with the technician who made basic recommendations for me to check my breaker box and to make sure that he plugged something back in on the outside of the house. All of those things were fine. I made an appointment for someone to come back out the following day. It is the middle of summer in 95° in my house. I had to go to Sam's Club and purchase a window air-conditioning unit just so I could sleep that night. Attached you will see that receipt that is timestamp. I have asked Peighton from Mr Quick to reimburse me for this window unit in my time and stress. He said that he would not be replacing my money because his assistant tried to contact me before I bought the air-conditioning unit. I will leave a screenshot with the voicemail that she left and also has a time stamp. It turns out that their bright technician failed to flip some kind of switch on the unit itself. This was only discovered because the following day I had someone from the same company out, looking at some plumbing issues and I brought up what happened the previous day and he was able to fix it. I have reported to the BBB, left them several messages with no response back. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Greg and Jesse were there for 11 hours and didn't complain, were very hard workers, and were just the nicest guys! Troy, their boss, was fantastic too! Another two guys who also came to help for a few hours were also so pleasant and polite! Great care of the furniture was taken so no damage would be done. We were very impressed by everyone and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
