Most people lose a lot more than that from their deposit"). When we went and asked to see the pictures, they showed us pictures of things that weren't in the house. The owner is entirely disrespectful and a bully. He refused to even consider that the pictures were wrong until I filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and then they refunded $100 of our deposit and admitted that some of the pictures were incorrect and from a different property. However, rather than replying to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint that they refunded a portion of the deposit they retained and letting the matter drop, the owner, when responding to the BBB complaint, claimed that my husband agreed that all the pictures were correct (didn't happen) and that he called me a derogatory name, which is also absolutely untrue. If you rent from these people, take care to take pictures of the entire property right before you move in and again before you turn in the keys and, if they still gouge your deposit, file a report with the BBB since they seem to take that more seriously. Just be aware that the owner can't, apparently, be professional in his responses or differentiate between properties when he goes and takes pictures. Or, for that matter, between who people are and what they say. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use this business! All because her employee made a mistake by starting a process for a trade-in device that was literally stolen and I didn't even have. there's got to be some sort of fine print of not having the customer being held accountable for your own workers mistake because he processed something I didn't approve. I ended up getting a credit on a month and half of a bill, then backdated that credit in one month a $400 phone payment came out. Again, because their employee tried to start a trade in on a device I don't even have. The West Lafayette, location and employees are 10 times more customer oriented and helpful.

Close inspection was done and followed up by one of their trusted advisors whom we've come to know over the years. Our new system was installed the very next day. The two guys who came out were thorough, neat and complete. One was inside for the breakdown, while his partner was outside preparing for the transition of the unit with removal, new pad and ultimately seating the new unit. They had it all up and running within about 4.5hrs. They cleaned up after themselves, explained everything to me and were on their way. We couldn't be more happier and can tell the difference between the old unit and the new one, complete with a new Ecobee thermostat. We've been using Mr. Quik for about 8yrs now and have been completely satisfied with the service, preventative maintenance and sales when it's been warranted.

Doctor said it was air contaminates causing my breathing problems. That was October. Christmas rolls around and I'm still ill. April we call someone to look at our water heater he informed me their is a gas leak in the basement coming from he HVAC system. I called Mister Quick immediately, Nick informed me that when the HVAC system was installed it was installed improperly. It was leaking gas in 4 different locations from the gas pipe to the furnace. He spent 3 hours repairing the installers mess ups. I immediately started feeling better. The facial swelling and headache went away. 9 days free from a gas leak in my home and I'm feeling much better. My husband said our home could have blown up and that's also what the gas company told me when I reported Mister Quick. I live in Brown County and from now on when we get anything new added to our home we are going with a local company that has our best interest in mind.
