Pick up and drop off service is on time. If there is ever a change, they call well in advance. They even have rush services available if you need them sooner than your scheduled delivery day. Their prices are competitive with other dry cleaners in town... they are exceptional when you consider they will pick up and deliver to your door. They do have limits on their service area, but they make sense. They have to be able to access your front door, so no big apartment buildings. They are also not coming on campus due to the excessive traffic, both vehicle and pedestrian. Aside from that, they are arguably the best in town. I use them weekly for uniform cleaning and am unlikely to change any time soon.

I wanted to keep it closer to my apartment because I was in a time crunch. Right as I walked in, I looked around. I saw the desk where an employee, I assume, was supposed to sit. This very friendly, elderly woman asked me if I needed any help, as she noticed that I seemed lost. I smiled and told her I was okay, just that I hadn't been here before. I sat my stuff down and she politely said she would show me around. (She then continued to show me how to work a washing machine, which I found adorable.) She continued to show me things and asked if I had any questions- just as sweet as could be. I loaded my clothes and then a man came around and asked if I needed any help. Both staff members were both extremely polite and helpful and that lowered my anxiety of being here in the first place. The waiting area is kinda yucky, soiled carpet, toys that I would never let my children touch, and the sitting objects are outside patio furniture. I will more than likely stop by again when I'm in need of more than one load of laundry at any time. Regular machines are $1, the bigger loads are $4.25. Pleasant people surpassed environment this time, in my book.

When I returned to pick it up, the suit was pressed--but the spot was still there, untouched. No explanation, no follow-up, just a suit that looked slightly crisper but still had the same issue I came in with. If you're looking for basic pressing, ZIPS might suffice. But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. Zips feels like a volume-driven operation, not a service-oriented one. I expected more accountability and quality control.
