No explanation, no follow-up, just a suit that looked slightly crisper but still had the same issue I came in with. If you're looking for basic pressing, ZIPS might suffice. But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. Zips feels like a volume-driven operation, not a service-oriented one. I expected more accountability and quality control.

I noticed on CC's website that they have a method of cleaning and rejuvenating them. I had a Valentine's Day coupon so I figured, why not? My two old down pillows came back like new in two days! The feathers were removed, cleaned & sanitized. They were then stuffed into new soft ticking. For less than $18 each I got back two essentially new down pillows. The prices are very fair! - most machines are all working, unlike lots of other places that will have 25% ore more not working here it's about 90% or more working. - the facility is kept well clean - the staff here are AWESOME!! very polite, friendly and helpful!! - lots of parking in the strip mall. You can also park in front for short periods to load/unload. - vending with soaps/drying stuff and food/drink - free restrooms for customers - tons of carts to use - all machines are either coin OR card. Most that have gone to card form don't still accept coin but they do here which is great. - and an automated front door for convenience I definitely recommend this laundromat!
