Also I had dropped it off with a garment bag and it was lost during cleaning and not returned when pickup came the first time or second time and I was told they would look for it after the manager had called after I had requested a redo. I had gotten my dress out of state so the bag was branded with a bridal shop from my hometown, sounds silly, but it had minor sentimental value. There's no way I would've dropped off my white wedding dress without some sort of protection while bringing it in, plus I had a decorative hanger that was returned to me.
