When I finally went to go it a month later because they never called me to tell me it was ready, the hoodie string was missing (which could only be removed by cutting it off) and they tried telling me it was never in when I brought it in to begin with and that I'd have to call their "special" cleaners myself to sort it out. They ended up saying they'll look for it and it's been another month almost and no update. So glad I paid $70 for them to ruin my jacket, what a great first impression.

But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened.
