Brought 2 jackets to be cleaned. This was my first time needing a dry cleaners, one was a wool coat I'd been given and with all winter, the other I'd thrifted and wanted cleaned before wearing. The shop was small and crowded with items, but exactly as I'd always imagined a good dry cleaner's would look, busy! The lady asked if I was a new customer and took care of me quickly, took my info and coats and told me when they would be ready (2 or 3 days later). The price she quoted me was lower than I expected, and when I went back to pick up my items they looked fantastic! I was amazed at how nice my wool coat looked, like new! I'm really surprised this place doesn't have more positive reviews. I started coming here because I lived close, but even after moving further away I still make a point to come here. I've never had anything less than a stellar experience. They've rushed things when I've needed them, gotten difficult random stains out, and helped with minor alterations. There has been more than one occasion where I've had a button or something small fixed complimentary. Better customer service than I would ever expect at a dry cleaner. read more

This is a local Korean owned dry cleaner and shoe repair. I went here to get my black dress boots fixed. I needed new heels on them. I first called around to get pricing and they had the lowest prices by far. It was half the price that other cobblers were asking. When I came in I was greeted by a lovely woman who was very kind and thoughtful. She made sure that she understood completely what I wanted done to my boots. She explained that she has a gentleman that is very experienced and will take great care of my boots. I left thinking that I was going to get my boots back in good condition. I was pleasantly surprised when I came back to pick up my boots that they looked almost brand new. They shined my shoes and replaced the heels on both my shoes. The replacement heels were better than when I originally bought them. There was no noticeable break in the repair location, as if that was the way they were supposed to be. I had previously taken a pair of Cole Haas loafers in to get a stitch fixed, and it was a good enough job that I took back a second pair of dress shoes where the heel stitch had blown out. I asked if they could fix the seem to match the same color, but if not, left the second shoe for them to atleast have the two shoes be the same color (there was also tan stitching as an option).... Somehow that got turned into glueing a piece of fake leather onto both, that were poorly cut, onto both shoes, ruining the design on the heel. They said that they couldn't do what they initially promised, so did this instead... I asked if they could simply remove the patch, and I would take them somewhere else, but because they glued it on (for some reason unbeknownst to me), the shoes are effectively ruined. I think it's pretty simple, if you promise a customer one thing, and can't deliver, you call and give them a second option, not take it upon yourself to do something completely different and expect them to pay for it when the raise concerns over the quality of it. Would not recommend for nice dress shoes you intend to wear for nice occasions. *I can not share a picture as they wanted me to still pay for the shoes in order to get them back read more

I've always looked for a reliable dry cleaner that does an exceptionally good job. I have finally found one! I had a bedspread that needed to be cleaned with a quick turnaround time and prior to our guests arrival. They went out of their way to have the bedspread done in a timely manner, did a very good job and the prices are very competitive. They also do all kinds of other services as well. I recently dropped my cell phone 3 feet down into a street drain grate in the parking lot near Kings Cleaners. There was a very nice employee there who gave me 2 wire hangers to help me retrieve it ... much to my amazement, It Worked! Don't come here!! There is no customer service or responsibility taken if/when they return articles with damage (my clothes were in perfect condition before bringing them in and torn when returned)! I was told by the owner/manager "I don't see how we are responsible for the damage." So if you don't want to walk out with clothing that is no longer wearable, or want to have decent customer service, find another dry cleaner, even if it means going out of your way a little bit!!! read more
