I just didn't want others to be surprised if every once in awhile your sleeves were not perfect. That said, I've tried a number of other places and this is the best of the bunch.

First time I had dropped it off, it was barely cleaned at the bottom. I had them redo it, and it was cleaned better the second time and I was satisfied. It was returned with a slight rip at the top where the dress had folds, mind you I had only worn it for a few hours on my wedding day and I'm almost certain it was not brought in that way. Also I had dropped it off with a garment bag and it was lost during cleaning and not returned when pickup came the first time or second time and I was told they would look for it after the manager had called after I had requested a redo. I had gotten my dress out of state so the bag was branded with a bridal shop from my hometown, sounds silly, but it had minor sentimental value. There's no way I would've dropped off my white wedding dress without some sort of protection while bringing it in, plus I had a decorative hanger that was returned to me. There's no way I would've dropped off just my dress and hanger, but not the garment bag. Really upsetting in more than just one way.

I noticed on CC's website that they have a method of cleaning and rejuvenating them. I had a Valentine's Day coupon so I figured, why not? My two old down pillows came back like new in two days!
