When I returned to pick it up, the suit was pressed--but the spot was still there, untouched. No explanation, no follow-up, just a suit that looked slightly crisper but still had the same issue I came in with. If you're looking for basic pressing, ZIPS might suffice. But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. Was disappointed with the manager who was very argumentative about simply having my shirts pressed with the french cuff folded back. She spent more time arguing about how many shirts they have to press each day than trying to accommodate me. My wife and I have been long time customers for years when the store was under a different ownership. While arguing with me, she also began arguing with another customer. This all happened this evening while I was dropping off other clothes to be cleaned as well as returning some hangers. Was very disappointed with how rude and inflexible as well as argumentative the manager was. I'm very unhappy with the lack of service. I explained to her that I had NEVER had a problem in 5 years with how I wanted my shirts pressed until tonite. AWFUL!! read more

Love the service. I first went here by invite from the Yelp Elite squad. The place is so bright and clean, it was fun to go into. I met the owner who was extremely professional and happy to explain how it all works including the app, the drop-off bag that you can tie to your credit card (great feature!), the drop-off / pickup policy. Our dry cleaning was done when promised, the communication was spot on, and the clothes came back perfect. This place is right across from my work and very convenient for me. It's my new dry cleaner! I love how simple the advertising and concept is. Dry cleaners don't have to be fancy, after all. People just want their closed to be cleaned efficiently and quickly and obviously for a low price. I think ZIPs does that! This one is located along the strip with some fast casual food chains and has decent amount of parking. They really throw out the $1.99 price on commercials and signs but come to find out, that's for shirts. Most items that you'd want to get dry cleaned will be more of the $2.49 price, which is still very affordable! My total for 12 items was $27. That included 6 dress shirts, 2 blazers, 3 ties for my husband, and then one dress for me. They also can guarantee your order by 5 pm if you bring it in before 9 am, which I thought was cool. DO. NOT. TRUST. THEM. On Monday 10/31/22 I dropped off my wedding dress and my husband's wedding tux and was told it will be ready on Wednesday. My husband's was done, but when he went to pick it up, they said they don't have a record of my dress being checked in and they have no idea where it is. Even though I have a receipt with an item number for my dress. They said it's probably at their other location and they'll call me. Several days go by with no call, so I call them. I also stopped by the store where the clerk took a photo of the receipt and said they'll have the manager call. Never heard back so I called again. I also emailed the address on the receipt. Within ten minutes of sending the email, I get a call from a cleaner who says her boss called about my dress and that she has it and she needs more time with it. (It's been nearly three weeks at this point.) That's fine. I emailed and called several times looking for an ETA and never got a response. Clearly the managers get the emails, since the first one resulted in a call. However I never heard from a manager directly. Finally, an employee named Cory actually took charge and started looking. He has been the only helpful person in this ordeal and I appreciate him. Anyway, today 12/6/22 I got a call from Cory that my dress is lost and he will have the manger call me to discuss reimbursement. Obviously I am heartbroken. Ok, FINALLY dry cleaning that is inexpensive but gets the job done! I have no idea how they can charge so little and things get clean (maybe I don't want to know, ha!) but they get it done. We ran into a few problems getting registered for their program and also when one employee was confused about the pricing and how to charge us. However, they were efficient and timely with my clothes. They promise your items to be done at 5 pm if you bring them in before 9 am, and 5 pm the next day if after 9.
