No explanation, no follow-up, just a suit that looked slightly crisper but still had the same issue I came in with. If you're looking for basic pressing, ZIPS might suffice. But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. Zips feels like a volume-driven operation, not a service-oriented one. I expected more accountability and quality control.

We chatted for a bit and she took my information, as well as my comforter, and then set me up with a little pamphlet that had some coupons and some other offers as well as some information about the services. She was professional and personable and I regret not asking for her name. As promised, my comforter was ready to be picked up in a couple days. The checkout process was easy and pick up was a breeze. The same woman helped check me out and set me off with a "have a great day". This was such an easy thing to do that I am now wondering what else I am going to bring in to be dry cleaned. I really appreciated the business and the staff, and my comforter came back with zero complaints or problems. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this location.

How he was going to raise the prices and how many other laundromats he has. I hope the Ray family won't sell. That would change the whole dynamic of what you've built. The prices are very fair! - most machines are all working, unlike lots of other places that will have 25% ore more not working here it's about 90% or more working. - the facility is kept well clean - the staff here are AWESOME!! very polite, friendly and helpful!! - lots of parking in the strip mall. You can also park in front for short periods to load/unload. - vending with soaps/drying stuff and food/drink - free restrooms for customers - tons of carts to use - all machines are either coin OR card. Most that have gone to card form don't still accept coin but they do here which is great. - and an automated front door for convenience I definitely recommend this laundromat!
