Not only am I petite and had a variety of pants, coats, etc. that needed hemmed or modified to be 'ready to wear', but I began a new position and needed formal business attire altered to be office-ready. Renee does a consult for every piece in the mirror with clients, verifies the type of shoes to be worn, asks clarifying questions, and then has the items done within a week or so (perhaps sooner, but so far I haven't needed anything in a rush.) In terms of value, I also believe the pricing to be very affordable and quality. PRO-TIP: be sure to bring either the exact shoes you'll be wearing with pants you want hemmed or similar styles so the length will be accurate.
