Very underwhelmed with this location. Dropped off one sweater and one jacket and was told it would be six days before I could pick them up, since they were running behind. Once I did pick them up, they would not accept my coupon because they said it needed to be presented when dropping off. OK, whatever, but the price was $16 for the two items, which I thought was a bit much. Storefront is pretty plain. Not impressed by customer service or pricing. read more

They always do an amazing job!! I work two doors up so I always drop my coats and sweaters there. Last spring one sweater had a weird stain that I could not get out/ figure out. I didn't want it bleached because I was concerned about the logo, but it didn't come out. Everything else was perfect!! Last month I took 2 coats, a suit and dress shirt, and the sweater to be bleached (on the recommendation I didn't follow the first time). All were done within a week and for under $60 and my sweater is perfectly white with the logo still intact. These people are amazing. read more

I haven't been to any other dry cleaner before so I have no comparison, but that's because I don't need to. I drank a little too much the same day I donated blood (only recommended to those who enjoy adventure and have little shame/intelligence) and I ended up wrestling my brother, a dog, and the sidewalk in a suit. Somewhere in there ranch dressing got involved and splashed all over my big fancy suit, so I had to have it cleaned. Sparkle got it out without a problem. A couple months later I came across a dress shirt on eBay that retails for $189 but had a few stains on it. I got it for $11 since I am cheap/a boss, took it to Sparkle, and they worked their magic once again. read more

I recently took an armload of garments to Sparkle Cleaners. One was my favorite "big green coat." My coat was so dirty - covered in beer, salt from the roads, etc. They did everything in their power to clean it! It came back looking AMAZING. I was so surprised. Sparkle is only a few blocks from my house, but I never noticed until I needed an emergency cleaner recently. I had a gown that I needed to wear to a Gala that week and when I pulled it out found that it had tons of stains on it. I brought in a silk camp shirt with a huge stain right on the front picket to Sparkle cleaners. I had little to no hope that anyone could save this thing. The stain came from that horrible goo that one finds on the back of a sticker. You know, that stuff that usually requires half an hour of unrelenting scratching with your fingernail to get off. Well,the sticky goo came off, but left behind this terrible oily stain. To top it all off, I accidentally ran that baby through the dryer. I mean this was a Stain (capitalization for effect). But, lo and behold, Sparkle gets it right out. Completely amazing. I couldn't be happier and I am definitely taking all my dry cleaning and Stain ridden clothes here. read more

I've taken several items to this cleaners and they always do a great job. They have cleaned everything from elegant dresses to suit jackets to purses, and they are always done in a timely fashion. Even a jacket that what I thought was stained beyond repair, they managed to make look new again. Staff is friendly too! read more

Had some pants and a couple of shirts cleaned here. They were rather pricey, and both of my silk shirts were damaged. The fibers looked as though they had been scrubbed relentlessly, and thus, the the weave is now permanently damaged. read more

I have gone to Sparkle Cleaners now for years. We moved and still go even though it is out of our way. Can't begin to tell you how many stains have been removed that I thought I lost the item. I don't even worry when I forget tell them about a stain anymore since they always spot check. But the best was the cleaning last year of my Uggs and sheepskin coat -- looked like new after cleaning. When I dropped my stuff off, I was lectured that my timeline was too close and the owner had too much to do in a curt voice with eye rolling rather than just stating what her business would or would not be able to do. Then when I picked up the item, which has an important history and was known to the business, the item was damaged. No apologies, no phone call, no discount. Don't take anything important here and call ahead of time about the timeline so as to avoid being yelled at. Sad that simple policies could not be given as well as a simple apology. read more

My husband went to drop off shirts and had a coupon. Counter person indicated that those who use coupons don't have their clothes cleaned as well as those who pay full price. He picked up his shirts and went somewhere else, never to return! read more

Crooks. I dropped off 4 shirts with a coupon for $2.39 per shirt. When I picked them up, they charged me an extra $2 per shirt because they were 'long'. They didn't say ANYTHING about it when I dropped them off. They billed me a price that I never agreed to. What should have been $10 was nearly $20 by the time they were done jacking up the price.
